Duplex apartment located on one of the oldest streets in the historic centre of Abrantes, with unobstructed views of the street and square. The apartment is the result of the rehabilitation of an old stone house, and its design was based on the use of traditional materials and techniques, combined with a contemporary and functional layout. The house is a 5-minute walk from the Castle, Museums, and various local shops, cafes, restaurants, and mini-markets. The street is quiet and has free parking. The living room and kitchen share an open and spacious area. The kitchen, with modern and functional lines, has a comfortable table for 4 people and is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle. The living room has a 3-seater chaise longue sofa, a coffee table, and a table with 4 chairs, where you can eat or have coffee by the window. The bathroom is located at the entrance of the apartment, next to the living room and kitchen, and has a shower, toilet and bidet, and a sink with a mirror. Shampoo and shower gel are available in the shower. The bedrooms are on the upper floor. The master bedroom has a small wardrobe, a small table with two chairs, and a 150 cm wide bed. There is space for a travel cot if needed. This room has a small balcony. The small room has a small wardrobe, a bunk bed with 90cm x 200cm beds, and lighting/ventilation is provided through a skylight (Velux type). Despite its small size, it is a pleasant room with plenty of light. The house, which is divided into two apartments, has a common entrance area with two sofas, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. The apartment has a smart TV, TV box, Wi-Fi, and central heating/cooling. If your stay is longer than one week, a quick cleaning and a change of sheets and towels per week will be included in the price. Cleaning does not include dishwashing.
