This small yet cozy Avila Beach retreat is just 30 seconds walk away from the beach, dining and shops. 2 bed/2 bath with a 300 square foot outdoor patio area to enjoy sunsets and morning sunrises. Complimentary Wifi and laundry onsite. Room 1 enjoys a queen size bed while room 2 accommodates a full size bed. Please note this unit is part of a multi-plex establishment and noise sensitivity between the hours of 10PM and 7AM is requested. Come enjoy a few sunny days in beautiful Avila Beach and relax your worries away.
