Bright and comfortable apartment in the heart of Lecco, just a few minutes' walk from the lakeside pedestrian path that connects the lively town center to the picturesque district of Pescarenico. The apartment features high ceilings and plenty of natural light and is located on the ground floor. Recently renovated, it offers a cozy living room with a kitchen corner, dining area, comfortable sofa bed, and TV. The bedroom has a double bed that can be separated into two single beds upon request. The spacious, modern bathroom has also been recently updated.
Upon entering, you're welcomed by a wide corridor with an electric piano, leading to all the other rooms. One of the highlights of the apartment is the unique artwork on the walls, adding charm and character to the space.
The apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests, making it ideal for families or groups. Its strategic location offers easy access to Lecco's best features: the scenic lakeside path is just steps away, while the town center and train station can be reached within a 10-15 minute walk. The area is full of great restaurants, bars, and shops.
Lecco is a fantastic base for exploring Lake Como, conveniently positioned on the Milano-Colico-Valtellina train line. It's perfect for discovering the lake's beauty by public transport or car.

  . Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
