Cottage was spotless on our arrival .It has all the aminities to make a stay enjoyable including a very comfortable bed with first class bedding .We would have no hesitation if we were to return to Exmoor staying here again

Fantastic holiday cottage on a farm. Clean and comfortable. Close to Timberscombe. Easy access to all that Exmoor has to offer. Very easy check in. A great place to stay.

Lovely cottage in a beautiful location. Lovely to wake up to the sound of birdsong rather than traffic and the nights were so dark as no street lights for miles. Perfect for a relaxing stay away from it all. Added bonus of no phone signal so couldn’t be disturbed unless we chose to check emails via Wi-Fi.

Perfect relaxing short break.

Peace and quiet away from it all. Complete darkness once the sun set and no phone signal so couldn’t be bothered by random phone calls but could choose when and if we kept in touch via email.
