The Ballroom is a first floor 2 bedroom cottage accessed from its own private hall from the farm yard. It offers an open plan kitchen/dining area with separate sitting room with wood burning stove. It has a sun terrace with table and chairs facing west. It is one of a pair of cottages set in an ancient cobbled yard of an 18 Century farm. The cottages were converted to a very high standard in the mid 1980s and have been continually modernised by the current owners. Offering a haven from everyday life with extensive grounds, private gardens/terrace and a warm friendly environment to unwind. There are 2 bedrooms in twin and double configuration, combined dining/kitchen areas and a bathroom. Up to 2 dogs are welcome for a supplementary payment of £25 per booking.

Freya and Chris run Cutthorne as an active small holding with poultry, sheep ponies and their dogs for company. The farm house and buildings are over 200 years old with the cottages first converted in the late 1980s with continuous up grades by the current owners.
