Myrtle Palms Vacation Rentals is excited to host this spacious two story townhome that offers 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and loft area with 1900 square feet of luxury living space. It is located on a quiet street with no thru traffic.

This well appointed townhome features a first floor master bedroom with king size bed, armoire with mirror, dresser, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and private master bath with a garden tub and separate shower. The other two bedrooms are located on the second floor. The first bedroom has two queen beds, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, dresser with plenty of drawer space and full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, large closet with full bath in the hallway. There are multiple closets throughout the home on both floors. If you are looking for some quiet time, the loft area is a relaxing spot to work on your computer or sit back and read a book.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make those home cooked meals which you can enjoy in the dining room or alfresco in the screened porch. After dinner enjoy your favorite show on the 50” flat screen in the living room with plenty of sitting area for the entire family.

Outside this lovely townhome, a world of vacation fun awaits at Barefoot Resort! Beat the heat with a refreshing dip in the Egret Run community pool as well as the saltwater pool at Barefoot's North Tower, one of the largest pools in SC. If you enjoy the sand between your toes, a complimentary shuttle in the summer season will pick up and drop off to the beach or Barefoot Landing. Hit the links at one of the resort's four iconic golf courses; The Pete Dye, Tom Fazio, Davis Love III, and Greg Norman or the onsite driving range. Lovely property in an excellent location

We enjoyed our visit to 313 Egret Run in Barefoot Landing. The townhome was very comfortable and very well equipped. The Barefoot community was perfect for bike rides and walks and access to two outdoor pools was great. Central location close to golf courses, great restaurants and a short 5 minute drive to the beach. Toni at Myrtle Palms Vacation Rentals was so helpful and friendly. Thanks for a great vacation!

Reviewer Comments: We rented this property because it's located in a clean and quiet resort where pride of ownership is very evident. This unit did not show pride of ownership. The unit is in dire need of a thorough paint job as walls have scuff marks that are evident in most of the lower floor. There were cob webs in hard to reach areas of the high ceiling in MBR and LR,The supplied vacuum did not work properly as the intake was clogged with a eyeglass lens(cleaned and removed by me).The above items were discussed with the Property Management on my departure and I was informed that painters were scheduled to start shortly after my departure.

Feels like home

We have nothing bad to say about the unit itself. It is beautifully decorated and feels like home when you walk in. It was clean, ample towels, fully stocked kitchen for anything you would need to cook a meal and the unit is in a great location. We had two couples and a minor. There was plenty of room for everyone. Beds and pillows were comfortable. We all enjoyed our stay. Just be aware that there is a doorbell camera so if it bothers you that you may be watched coming and going this may not be for you. Our only complaint was with the Management company. Rich assured me in a message golf carts were ok as long as they were put inside at night. The association rules that were hanging on the door on the inside. Also stated golf carts were OK as long as they were put in at night We weren’t even there 15 minutes and we received a phone call that the golf cart had to go because they were not allowed. Thankfully we had family up the road and we could keep our golf cart there and not lose $600. Aside from the management company we would stay in this unit again.

I would highly recommend Egret or any other property on the resort. Barefoot resort is my home away from home each time I visit Myrtle Beach.

But the condition of the facility was disappointing. Cigerrette burn holes in beddings, short in one of the Bedroom light switches, pots and pans in unusable shape, sweeper that didnt work, rug on screened in back porch ripped and stained, back porch door handle broken. Overall townhouse condition when we arrived was not very clean. Efforts were mad to correct some of this - and that was appreciated. But would not rent this place again.

We stopped by the realtor's office on several occasions, and they were very helpful and we were on a first name basis.The house was equipped with everything we needed.Seeing is believing as the pictures did not do it justice. Loved that each bedroom has access to a bathroom to accommodate six adults and the view from the screened-in porch was fabulous. It basically rained everyday but we were able to find activities and good restaurants.
