Inside the villa

This beautifully rustic Mediterranean villa combines warm, earthy tones with terracotta flooring and effortless charm. Thoughtfully designed with authentic details—like Spanish roof tiles, wooden-framed windows, and exposed beams—it reflects a true love for relaxed living. It’s a tranquil hideaway that feels perfectly in tune with its surroundings.

Upstairs:

Bedroom 1 – Bright master suite with a large double bed (160×200), A/C, and ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 – Bunk room with a double bed base and single top bunk, built-in wardrobe. A fan is available for your comfort.
Bedroom 3 – Cute twin room with built-in storage. A fan is available for your comfort.

Downstairs:

Step through double doors right into the garden and pool area.

Living Room – Spacious and comfy with a fireplace, lots of seating, and access to both the pool and rear garden. A/C.

Down the hall: a guest bathroom and a separate bunk room with a standing fan—great for kids or guests who want a little extra privacy. A fan is available for your comfort.

The country-style kitchen opens straight to the outdoor dining space—perfect for grabbing breakfast in the sun.

Toward the back: a second master suite with its own ensuite bathroom, including a bath, shower, and toilet. A fan is available for your comfort.

Gardens and outdoor spaces

The outdoor space is all about laid back Mediterranean living. The decking flows right up to the edge of the kidney-shaped pool, giving you that seamless indoor-outdoor vibe.

Enjoy meals under the retractable pergola with the BBQ close by—ideal for long, lazy lunches or evening dinners under the stars. Chill out on the opposite side of the pool under a large umbrella, set on soft artificial grass.

A second shaded seating area sits right outside the living room—cozy and perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Kids will love the large trampoline on the right side of the garden. There’s even a fenced-off dog area on the far left—secure and convenient for your pet.

For the more energetic guests, the back gate opens straight into a nature park, with scenic walking and biking trails for when you’re ready to explore.
