The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchenette, a convenient dining space, a stylish bathroom, and a double bed perfect for a restful night’s sleep. Air conditioning ensures year-round comfort with both cooling and heating functions.
Located on the 5th floor of a well-maintained building with elevator access, this south-facing apartment enjoys a privileged position just a few meters from Marbella’s famous Paseo Marítimo and Fontanilla Beach. You’ll find everything within walking distance—restaurants, beach bars, supermarkets, and even a nearby gym. There's truly no need for a car during your stay.
In the summer months (from June 15 to September 15), guests can also enjoy access to the community swimming pool, perfect for cooling off and relaxing under the Andalusian sun.

The apartment is equipped with A/C and heating, and a Wi-Fi internet connection.

🛌 Bed linen and a set of towels (including beach/pool towel) per guest are included in the rental price.
