The overall decor is warm and has a casual sophistication. Penthouse 301E has an open floor plan and 1900 square feet to comfortably accommodate a family of 6.
The well-stocked kitchen will be a cooks dream! Stainless steel appliances, ample cookware and serving utensils, dishwasher, dual Keurig/12 cup coffee maker, granite counter tops and travertine tiles.
The open, airy feel of this condo is enhanced in the living room and dining room with vaulted 15-foot ceilings. the living room offers plenty of seating, a large screen TV housed in an antique cabinet, and access to a large, private balcony.
The master bedroom has its own entrance to the private balcony and is beautifully done with antique bedside tables and a dresser.
The connecting master bathroom has been exquisitely redone with a "wet room" atmosphere. The full renovation was completed in early 2024. This oasis will offer relaxation at its best! Here you will find, Italian Marble flooring, custom made walnut cabinetry with granite tops, antique furniture, and antique style soaking tub, extravagant fixtures and the luxurious glass enclosed shower area.
Both guest bathrooms are done with limestone and granite flooring, marble countertops and modern mirrors, fixtures and lighting.
