This charming two-story, three-bed, three full-bath beach house offers close to 2,000 square feet of living space, two porches, a balcony, and a convenient one car garage. Lot 100 on Martinique site map. Just approx. 200 yards from the beach!!

Under new ownership with lots of upgrades.

All new top of the line Beauty Rest mattresses. One king bed downstairs and a king bed and a queen bed upstairs. A new top of the line La Z boy blow up matress sleeper sofa. Four new 4K TV’s including a 75” Samsung 4K UHD in the living room. All TV’s are brand new and have a blue ray player. All TV’s are smart TV’s and WIFI ready.

Downstairs you’ll find a spacious living room, dining room and fully-appointed kitchen with breakfast counter, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full-size washer and dryer. In addition to the main living areas downstairs there is one guest bedroom with a full bath as well as a large screened back porch with access from the kitchen and bedroom.

Upstairs is a master suite and additional guest room. The master suite has a generous master bath with large garden tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and separate commode room. Just off the master bedroom you'll enjoy views of the Gulf of Mexico from the second story balcony. The additional upstairs bedroom has plenty of closet space and a large full bath. Other features include 9 and 10 foot ceilings, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and lots of storage areas.

Great time at Parrot Keep

Our family had a great time at the parrot keep. Check in was easy and there were lots of him amenities that we were able to use around the house and kitchen. Beach access was super convenient too.

We have stayed at this house before and always loved it. The house has plenty of room for our family of 4. The ground & pool area are clean & fantastic. The only problem I have is that the carpeting in the house could really use a cleaning & better yet replacing. The security guard was very nice. When we arrive there it almost feels like home. The beach is also great & getting to it very easy. We really like it here & probably will return next year

We loved our stay! The location was perfect! It was walking distance to the pool and the boardwalk to get to the beach. The garage was stocked with beach supplies which was wonderful! The house was spacious and beautifully decorated. This is by far our favorite spot in Gulf Shores! The host was amazing to work with as well!

Our stay was fantastic! All communication before and during was clear and we had no issues finding the house or getting checked in. The property is beautiful, clean, and felt like a home away from home. The house is walking distance from the beach (pools, sauna, and hot tubs, and gym as well), but there is a golf cart available to help carry all of your beach gear! Plus, there are chairs, toys, floats, etc for you to use at the house! The house truly had everything we needed and anything additional we wanted, we got from the Dollar General literally right down the road. We can’t wait to plan another trip to Fort Morgan!

Martinique is a charming French Caribbean community and our home is located in one the best locations possible. Our home will allow you to feel far away from civilization by offering miles of beach to explore. Yet you've got free in-house access to WiFi, and excellent access to the best amenities Gulf Shores has to offer. We can now offer a golf cart to licensed drivers for use within the community. This charming two story, three bed, three full bath beach house offers close to 2000 square feet of living space, two porches, a balcony, and a convenient one car garage. This is an excellent location, close to the pool and beach.

What makes this property unique

Martinique adjoins the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge which offers 4000 acres of un-developed beach, dunes, marsh and wilderness on the Fort Morgan Peninsula. This coastal Refuge is part of the Central Gulf Ecosystem Unit and provides refuge for the endangered loggerhead sea turtle, the endangered American alligator, and the rare gopher tortoise.

Part of the migration route of the monarch butterfly, the Refuge is also known for its more than 120 species of birds - making it a paradise for bird watchers. Along with birding, the refuge offers opportunities for hiking, swimming, photography, collecting sea shells, and boating. Fishermen enjoy both fresh and saltwater fishing.
