This beautiful, authentic holiday home with garage in Sant Feliu de Guixols features a spacious patio with a swimming pool and a wonderful large sun terrace on the first floor. Originally a cork factory, it has been renovated into an ideal and spacious holiday home for families or friends. It is within walking distance (just 500 metres) of the beach and all amenities in the lively town centre, with plenty of cafés, restaurants and shops.

The well-equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, microwave/combi oven, dishwasher and American-style fridge-freezer. The utility room has a washing machine, baby bath, cot and high chair. The comfortable bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning, which can be used for an additional fee if desired.

The patio is a wonderful place to sit, swim and relax. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a BBQ. The €50 deposit for using the BBQ will be fully refunded provided it is left clean upon departure.

By car, you can enjoy many excursions to beaches, charming towns and beautiful nature areas in the region. The surrounding area also offers wonderful cycling and walking routes.
