The Space

The spacious and very bright living room, furnished with a sofa bed, opens onto a spacious kitchen equipped with every amenity, featuring a large dining area and a table that seats 8 people.
From the living room, you can go upstairs to a quiet study/work area.
The sleeping area features two generously sized double bedrooms, one of which has a walk-in closet and the option to add a cot and/or a small bed.
The apartment has two bathrooms. The first bathroom features a separate entryway adorned with marble accents, leading to the main bathroom, which is equipped with a large corner bathtub decorated with marble and a spacious shower. The second bathroom, which is also very spacious, features a shower and is located adjacent to the sleeping area.
The apartment includes a convenient, fully equipped laundry room and a barbecue.
