First floor apartment, newly renovated to offer everything you need for a comfortable stay in the heart of the historic center of Pietrasanta. A perfect base for a visit to this beautiful citadel in any season.
Just 50 meters from Piazza Duomo, 200 meters from the railway station and the bus terminal, as logistics it is also perfect for those who are not drivers.

CITY TAX:
At the time of check-in, a city tax of € 1.5 will be required for each guest, for each overnight stay, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.

This first floor apartment offers a great base from the heart of historical center. Newly furbished, step out into a pedestrian walkway that leads to the famous Piazza del Duomo.
Entrance off a pedestrian area marble staircase, with entrance hall where two bicycles are left at your disposal by the owners.

Property has ample space, superbly located. The positioning of both sleepingrooms facing the busy nightlife creates a big challenge for sleeping without earplugs.

Perfect place

It's a perfect accomodation to stay in the nice place Pietra Santa. Nearby the station, at walking distance. Which gives a good opportunity to visit the Cinque Terre, Luca, Pisa and the beach. Pietra Santa is a vivid place but not so overcrowded as the villages in Cinque Terre, therefore we were happy we choose this place. Well arranged and good communication .

The property is excellent value for money, in the heart of Pietrasanta and close to restaurants, bars, galleries, artworks etc. The property is very clean. With the windows open you get the sounds you'd expect in an old Italian town and which we enjoyed, but its very quiet with the windows closed. The kitchen and laundry are well-appointed. The internet is a bit weak, but I'm sure that can be improved. Parking between the rail and bus station is free, and not far away when you use the pedestrian underpass. At one end of this there are some steep stairs, and the elevator hasn't worked all week, so possibly better to temporarily park near the tourist information booth, take your luggage to the apartment, and then go to the free parking near the bus station.

La minosa nel centro di Pietrasanta é un indirizzo molto valido, quando ci si sa arrangiare da soli. Non c'é stato nessun contatto personale con la persona che affitta questo appartamento. Perciò bisogna avere fiducia , che tutto funzioni. La mimosa é attrezzata molto bene, cucina, bagno ecc. Le camere danno sulla via Stagio Stagi, con un ristorante proprio sotto le camere. Però tutto questo ha il suo fascino! Ci tornerei, comunque.

I nostri ospiti si sono dimostrati collaborativi e corretti fin dal primo contatto. Purtroppo non hanno effettuato lo smaltimento dei loro rifiuti che è tassativamente obbligatorio, come è anche evidenziato nelle regole della casa, e che era possibile fare in basa al calendario di raccolta presente nell' appartamento. Mi dispiace dover sottolineare questo fatto che, spero, sia dovuto a una dimenticanza, visto che le altre regole sono state rispettate.

Unschlagbare Lage mitten in der Altstadt zwischen Resturants und Kunst und heimischen Läden. Freundliche Menschen guter Wein gutes Essen, Musik und Kultur. Zum Strand mit dem Rad oder Auto ca 10 Minuten. Es gibt einen Parkplatz ca 2 Minuten entfernt von der Ferienwohnung kostenpflichtig. 5 bis 10 Minuten entfernt am Bahnhof einen großen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Der Weg dorthin führt durch schöne Gassen und an verschienden Kunstwerken vorbei. Auf dem Marktplatz herrscht buntes treiben ohne das Gefühl Touristenpreise zu zahlen. Fernab von Hotelmeilen und Massenabfertigung. Sehr zu empfehlen. In der Ferienwohnung ist alles vorhanden, sauber und groß. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine. Föhn, Wäscheständer, Wechselbettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden. Bis nach Pisa und Lucca ist es nicht weit.

Proprietà centrale in Pietrasanta, splendida località e ottimo punto di partenza per escursioni. Ampio appartamento pulito e fornito di tutto. Accoglienza cortese, Francesca presenza discreta e disponibile. Super servizio la disponibilità di due biciclette, che ci hanno permesso di raggiungere facilmente e in breve tempo le spiagge tramite la ciclabile. Consigliato!

In vacanza col gatto

L’appartamento è davvero delizioso, spazioso e ben arredato; ed è in pieno centro, a due passi da locali, negozi e dalla bellissima Piazza del Duomo. Noi abbiamo viaggiato col gatto e siamo stati felici che di sia subito sentito come a casa. Nella lavanderia (c’era anche una zona lavanderia) c’era anche una lettiera a disposizione per la sabbia del gatto anche se noi non l’abbiamo usata perché avevamo la nostra, ma sono stupita dell’averla trovata (non è da tutti) Spero di tornare, ci siamo trovati davvero bene.

Wonderful location in the center of Pietrasanta, with restaurants, cafes, galleries, town square, station, buses, easy walking. Streets are noisy, but if you keep windows and shutters closed at night, it’s peaceful enough! Nice tiny apartment, well equipped.

Tolle Lage

Die Lage der Wohnung ist unschlagbar. Direkt vor der Haustür hat man Restaurants, ein kleiner Supermarkt ist 100 m entfernt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sauber, die Küche enthält alles, was man braucht. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut, was bei den heissen Temperaturen wirklich ein Segen war. Ein öffentlicher Parkplatz gegen Entgelt ist etwa 4 Gehminuten entfernt, ein kostenloser ca 8 Gehminuten. Zum (wunderschönen) Strand sind es etwa 10 Autominuten. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Unser nächster Aufenthalt dort ist schon gebucht :)

La vacanza a pietrasanta si è rivelata molto piacevole. Accolti da Alessandro e da suo papà che ci hanno raccontato la storia di questa città nobile. La casa è proprio come la si vede in foto, accogliente, pulita, dotata di lavatrice e lavastoviglie e cosa non da poco, hanno accettato il nostro Labrador senza nessun tipo di problema. Anzi, arrivato in casa abbiamo trovato anche le ciotole per pappa e acqua! Nonostante i locali sottostanti la casa risulta comunque tranquilla e in una ottima posizione per raggiungere i punti principali Il soggiorno presso l’appartamento mimosa è stato piacevole. Grazie e speriamo alla prossima
