This was an unbelievable stay! I booked this house for a private Yoga retreat for six ladies. The views were incredible, the tram was so convenient to head into town, and the host was kind, professional, and very communicative. We’ve already booked again for next year!

Beautiful traditional Spanish home with beautiful sea views. We had a fantastic family break here. Plenty of beds, crockery, cutlery etc. unfortunately on our last day we were unable to use the swimming pool due to a faulty pump (can’t be helped), but maintenance and the owner responded very quickly. Tram was just round the corner to take us 2 stops into El Campello or Benidorm (just the once!) lovely restaurants in Campello especially Nolo! On arrival we noticed the cot was broken (missing a screw) so we used a travel cot, also the high chair was held together by sellotape. However, all in all I would recommend this villa and would love to return

We were a family of 9 who spent 7 delicious days at Amanecer. It was very hard to leave, It was perfect. I do not think I have been in a setting so beautiful. We will be forever greatful for having had the opportunity to spend a week there.The house was clean and ready to go when we got there. There were a few things that we had to call the administrator for help with. She was always responsive and did everything she could to help to fix the issue. The towels were abundant, the kitchen had everything one would ever need and the appliances all worked well. The elevator was a godsend. The oldest member of our family had mobility issues. I don't know what we would have done without it!Many thanks for such a special home! What a unique and special place it is.Our sincere hope is to return as soon as we can.

Supernice seaside villa!

Excellent Villa

We have stayed at many villas in various Countries however, this villa offers excellent transport links less than a minute away, sea views and easy access to the beach. We were a party of 9 and found it so spacious and a bathroom for each room. Had a fabulous family holiday and would definitely book again.

Family holiday

lovely villa in a great location overlooking the sea, we went with our children and grand children lots of space for the kids to play, located close to a tram stop making it easy to visit the surrounding area, plenty of restaurants in easy reach by tram. The owner were very friendly and helpful a lovely holiday all round.

Great spot

Advert is very accurate. The interior is a bit dated, but the pictures reflect that. Excellent location, with beautiful views. Ample accommodation, with 2 kitchens and loads of outdoor space. A stone's throw from the water, we had a great time. A beautiful place.

Excellent Villa with beautiful views and very good amenities. Great for adults and children. Everything provided. There are a few restaurants and bars 10 minutes walk away and El Campello is 10 minutes away on the tram. Will definitely return.

Lovely villa

Lovely villa in a great location. Easy to get to from Alicante on public transport. Tram stop is a minute away but is very quiet. Plenty of room both inside and out. Well equipped kitchens. Only negative was wifi was only available in one room. Would recommend for a very relaxing stay.

amazing house

the house's location was probably the best I've ever lived in. the sea below, a tram around the corner that takes you to both Alicante and Benidorm. magical spots by the house to sit, eat food, play games, and socialize. I can really recommend this place without hiding anything. German

Nice house with all facilities

Nice house with bathrooms for almost all bedrooms. The host was nice and answers all questions. The pool and garden is nice. Very close to the tram station. The only things we missed were a supermarket and a restaurant in the area. It was easy to reach by the tram. But you have to adapt to the time table. I Can anyhow recommend the house and the host.

July 23 heatwave

Fabulous stay location is brilliant our host and his wife where great and very welcoming and provided useful info to access Alicante and Benidorm via tram. This property is front line and has steps down to sea, we went snorkelling which was amazing. Bars and restaurants just one or two stops on tram. Only issue during heatwave was we needed air con x
