First Floor:
Bedroom 1 – King-size bed, built-in wardrobe, bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers, and a dressing table with mirror.
Bedroom 2 – Two single zip-and-link beds (can be converted to a Super King bed on request), a wardrobe, bedside table with lamp, and a chest of drawers.
Bathroom – Walk-in shower, washbasin with under-sink cupboard, and toilet.
Outside:
Front Garden – Garden with a seating area.
Rear Courtyard – Enclosed courtyard with outdoor seating.
Pets - One well-behaved dog welcome per stay for a £25 fee.
Parking - The property is located on a quiet, single-lane street in the heart of Amble, just a 10-minute walk from the harbour and main street. Guests can use the street for easy drop-off access to the house, and free public parking is available nearby.
For those with small vehicles, there is additional parking available in the back lane, with access to the house via the rear gate if preferred. Please note that the lane must remain passable at all times, and parking is not permitted on Tuesdays due to bin collection.
