Shocked to find no bedding. Had to go and buy sheets.We were asked to clean the apartment when we left, which we did. Sofa was uncomfortable to sit on. Space along side bed was difficult to use. Bathroom was good with hot water. Plenty of space in the kitchen and equipped. Flat was clean. Balcony was good with comfortable chairs. Lift was in good working order. Good position for village and two beaches which were lovely.

Attention il faut prendre son linge de lit et de toilette. C'est la base. Un petit encas est laisser par les propriétaires.. Trop sympa. 1 seul bémol : l'électricité et à revoir.

tres bien accueilli

notre séjour c est trés bien passé.les propriétaires nous ont trés bien accueilli.le seul bémole est que nous etions dans une residence ou le niveau social etait different du notre donc aucun bonjour avec les residents.certaines personnes de dinard nous on dit que nous etions dans une residence de riche.sinon tres belle vacances

Appartement très soigné

On a l'impression d'être chez soi , beaucoup de décors divers rendent l'appartement très agréable . Rien n'est oublié comme les gourmandises à l'arrivée. La vue est parfaite sur le terrain de football puis la mer au loin. Je le recommande à tous.

Location fonctionnelle

Location agréable et fonctionnelle dont la situation permet d'être à proximité de nombreux points touristiques. A déplorer cependant : - Découverte d'un drap sale dans le lit, ce qui laisse penser qu'aucune vérification n'a été faite avant notre arrivée ! - L'intérieur du micro-ondes montre qu'il n'a pas été nettoyé depuis fort longtemps ! Nous n'avons donc pas souhaité l'utiliser ... - Les propriétaires n'ont pas jugé utile de faire en sorte que nous ayons de l'eau chaude à notre arrivée (14h30) ; nous avons dû attendre le lendemain matin pour pouvoir nous doucher !!! Alors NON "madame la propriétaire", il ne pouvait certes pas y avoir de l'eau tiède à la remise des clés, sachant que vous êtes arrivés sur place moins de 30mn avant et que votre chauffe-eau ne se déclencherait qu'aux heures creuses, soit une dizaine d'heures plus tard (l'eau tiède, bien évidemment, arrivant plus tard encore ...). Est-il utile de préciser que le paiement du séjour se fait avant l'arrivée et que les services attendus devraient donc être rendus ... Fort heureusement, ce manque de respect n'a pas gâché notre séjour, et nous reviendrons dans la région avec plaisir ... mais dans une autre location !!!
