Small house in quiet Saint Malo Paramé
Recently fitted out, this bright little house with independent access to the property and private garden area offers pleasant volumes.
You will find there, a bedroom with 160x200 bed (possibility of 2 80x200 beds), a living room with sofa bed 140x190, TV, DVD player, chromecast and equipped kitchen area (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge), a bathroom. with washing machine. Outside you can sit down for lunch or rest in the shade and in the sun.
WIFI, enclosed car parking. Very quiet area.
From there you can walk to the center of Paramé in 10 min and to Rochebonne beach in 25 min. By car, the proximity of the main roads allows you to explore the entire emerald coast.
Ideal for a couple but also comfortable with 2 children.

End of stay cleaning: €40
Household linen rental (sheets, towels, tea towels): € €10 per person
For July and August rental from Saturday to Saturday.
Outside July and August, possibility to rent by the night (3 nights minimum)
