About this property
Peppercorn An Enchanting house in Lymington
Peppercorn is an enchanting house that's just
just been renovated and newly furnished, to a very high standard, and its only a 12 minute walk to the quay in Lymington.
It has three floors and includes a relaxing sitting room with gas fire and a kitchen fully fitted and three comfortable luxurious bedrooms. .Theres also a small office on the top floor overlooking the back garden.
Its definitely got character hopefully you will love it.
The parking is on street with a given permit but only if spaces permit each day otherwise will have to find paid parking across the street until space found. The car permits are virtual so will be in place on arrival but not needed to display.
During your stay you can call me at anytime for information or any other reason.
The back garden lounge furniture if used should be covered up everyday after use to avoid bird droppings early mornings or at night.
please no shoes on in the house.
please be considerate regarding noise to the neighbours especially after 10pm
please keep noise down in the garden and house please because of neighbours.
