What you can expect:
This contemporary mountain home has 3 floors, is over 5,000 square feet and walls adorned with artwork from Asheville, the Caribbean and South America. You'll have an expansive deck layout with a relaxing hot tub plus a game room for family and friends to entertain, have fun and enjoy. The main floor features an open concept layout that enhances the sense of space and encourages a seamless flow between the living, dining and kitchen areas, providing an ideal environment for entertaining your family and friends. The centerpiece of the living room is a grand fireplace, radiating warmth and adding a touch of rustic charm. It invites guests to gather around for cozy, relaxing evenings. Large trapezoidal windows on the main and top floor allow for warm natural sunlight to fill the great room. On the top floor, you'll have your choice of popular board games and a large selection of books for both kids and adults in the loft areas as well as two of the bedrooms, both with king size beds!

Whip up tasty dishes in the modern and fully stocked kitchen, detailed with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Enjoy ample counter space for all of your cooking needs. Early check-in and/or Late check-out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If possible, an additional fee may be applicable, determined by the time you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Pets: This home and property are very dog-friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.
