This one bedroom condo is part of a 10 cottage property on a main road nestled between the town centers of Whitefield and Lancaster. It is the end unit of a 3 unit building and it is a 1 minute walk to the lake across a well-maintained lawn.

The suite boasts hardwood floors throughout along with a modern but simple decor. There are new smart tv's in both the living room and the bedroom. Stream your favorite shows when taking a break from making memories on the lake, hiking one of the near-by trails, or visiting Santa's Village.

The bedroom has a brand new king sized bed and the living room includes a sleeper sofa with a full sized memory foam mattress and chase.

FAQs

1. Is the map on VRBO accurate?

Answer: Not entirely. The property is on the same side of the road as the lake and Mirror Lake is closer to the house than it appears on the map. It is less than a minute walk from the house to the edge of the water. Mirror Lake is a fresh water lake in the White Mountains. Please note that while we are on the lake, we are also on a main road and you may hear road noise while staying at the house.

2. Can we swim, kayak, or fish in the lake?

Answer: Yes, Yes, & Yes! A single person kayak is available for use.

3. What do you mean by shared property?

Answer: Our suite is part of the Lakeside Condominium Association. It sits on 2.65 acres which is shared with other cabins. You have privacy in the condo and screened-in porch. You can also meet some great people down by the lake and at the fire pit (or have playmates for children) when you want to be more social.

4. With other cabins on the property, will we have privacy?

For the most part, yes. There are times when there are more and less people staying on the property. Weekdays tend to be quieter on the lake.

5. Are there other children on the property?

Usually there are other children there. Our children enjoy playing in the water with the other children, making smores by the bonfire, or playing a game of kickball.

6. During ski/snowmobiling season, who is responsible for snow removal?

We have someone who plows the driveway if there is more than a few inches of snow. We have shovels and salt available to clear paths. It is the responsibility of guests to remove snow & ice from pathways.
