Benefıts from its great location which is only a 15 minute flat walk to Kalkan Harbour and the Old Town, and is also very near the Kalamar Beach Club and Kulube Beach Club. There are also many cafes, restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance.

This modern apartment has recently been the subject of a detailed refurbishment to very high standard of specification. It is possible to convert the guest room twin beds into a queen bedroom so also mperfect for couples.

Great location and amenities near by. We arrived quite late and our host could not have been more helpful checking us in and leaving snacks for us. Very highly recommended.

The apartment is well located in the villa/boutique hotel area of Kalkan - enough distance from the centre and bars to be very quiet. It is spacious and well appointed to suit a family of four. The kitchen in particular is generous and well equipped. It sits in an established apartment complex sharing a large and very clean pool with well tended gardens surrounding it - all very pleasant. Kamal was very helpful throughout.

Accommodation just as described, very well equipped kitchen, extremely helpful host who met us in the middle of the night to welcome us (late flight) lovely welcome pack of foodstuffs. Easy walking distance to local shops, bars and restaurants. 11/2 miles 30mim walk into the town centre and harbour, taxi or hire car advised. Great base from which to explore Kalkan and its surrounding. A&G
