A lovely property. All was as described. Clean, very well equipped and everything in working order. The only thing I would mention that whilst the walk into town is not long, there is a very steep area at the end of the road, which may not be suitable for anyone unsteady in their feet.

Lovely property which is well equipped with lots of nice touches. Plenty of space for us all (2 adults and 2 sixteen year olds). Lots of places where you can sit in the sun or the shade. Nice quiet location but not too far from bars and restaurants. Hosts are really helpful and accommodating. A great holiday!

Superb villa, one of the best I have stayed in. Lots of room both inside and out. Quality furnishings. Wonderful pool. The owner has really thought about what is needed for a great holiday stay. Location is excellent. Plenty bars and restaurants close to the villa if you want to avoid the hilly side of Kalkan.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa! It's beautifully appointed with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is perfect—tucked away in a peaceful, quiet area yet just a short walk to both the new and old town. Whether you’re looking to explore or just unwind, it’s ideally positioned. The host was also incredibly welcoming and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Great find in Kalkan

Great stay with wonderful hosts in Kalkan. Villa is ideally located close to shops, restaurants and harbour. Yet far enough to jot be bothered by the masses.

We had a lovely stay in Villa Sari. Kevin's communication was fantastic from the initial enquiry until we returned to the UK. He provided lots of information and no question was too small.The villa itself is well equipped from adapters to dishwasher tablets. Lots of plates and coffee bits (even though we don't drink coffee!). The fridge was a good size to keep food and drinks cold. The welcome pack on arrival was appreciated.The location is great, a very easy walk to town (one of the easiest in Kalkan) as well as only a 3 minute walk to 2 decent supermarkets (again a flat walk).Things to be aware of- the pool does not have a shallow end and is deep (not a problem for us). The master bedroom is light so you may want to take a mask if you are a light sleeper and the upstairs bedroom has to use one of the ensuites (again, not a problem for us).We very much enjoyed our stay, especially playing games in the stone cabana or enjoying the sunset and the views from the roof terrace.

Villa Sari

Wonderful place, clean, tidy and so close to the main town so easily accessbile to lots of places to eat. Great shops too The house was amazing and they looked after us, checking in on us regularly. Would highly recommend and will use again as we love Kalkan. Thanks for having us

A great find

Very comfortable and clean villa with beautiful pool. Quiet and peaceful. Close to Kalkan centre. Great owners who answered all our questions and helped us plan our trip. Very helpful local manager who quickly resolved any issues.

Loved our relaxing holiday, the pool was lovely and a welcome break from the heat, the roof terrace was great to sit and watch the world go by once the sun had gone down. Just a short walk into Kalkan town, which had lots of restaurants to choose from.

Excellent family Villa

We chose this Villa due to its excellent location and it didn’t disappoint. This was by far the best equipped Villa we have stayed in , there was nothing it didn’t have . The pool is perfect , beds are comfortable, the villa is spotless, we loved every minute and would definitely return . Kevin and his family are perfect hosts. It has absolutely stunning roof top view and gorgeous outside areas . The little touches of a food parcel and fresh bread delivered daily was so nice . Thank you for making our stay amazing .

Great villa and pool

We roughly knew the area and chose the villa for its location close to town. Good restaurants and shops nearby and very quit location. The only thing we found we missed was a view, as this villa doesn’t have one from the pool area. But still very much enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very informative and quick to respond to all questions. I would recommend this value for money villa for those looking to use it as a base and not worried about a sea view.

We have just had a fabulous fortnight in Villa Sari. This has to be the nicest villa we've ever stayed at, everything we needed was there. The welcome pack was much appreciated. Irfan's daily delivery of fresh bread was great, and he was such a helpful guy. The pool was so nice, especially to jump straight in to after walking back from town. There are some friendly villa cats and a tortoise! The beach and town are easy to walk to, the hill on the way back is hard, but doable, if not there are taxis.We did a couple of great trips with Define Tours, a jeep safari and boat trip. If we ever return to Kalkan we would absolutely stay at Villa Sari.

September 2022

Four of us stayed in Villa Sari for 10 days and it was a superb choice of villa for four of us. A brilliant location, away from the noise but only a 10 minute walk (if that) into the main town. The villa itself is great and has everything you need. The pool is fab and the outside space generally is very nicely done. The owners could not have been more helpful and their manager and pool man in Kalkan were very friendly and accommodating. When we return to Kalkan, it will be to Villa Sari!

Great Location

We had a lovely 2 weeks stay in Villa Sari. The location to the town is brilliant if you don’t mind a few hills on the way back (but taxis are cheap if you do!). The Villa was clean and ample size for our family of 4 with two teenage boys. The Villa was well equipped with everything you need for your stay and all the information received from Kevin before arrival made the travel/holiday stress free. The pool was lovely and refreshing although there is no shallow end so myself and one son couldn’t stand up but there was inflatables provided and we took our own so this was fine. Overall a fabulous stay at villa Sari and in beautiful Kalkan - thank you so much 😁

Fabulous Villa Sari

We had the most amazing stay in Kalkan. It was better than expected. Also much hotter! Kevin and his team were wonderful. So very helpful. Karyn surprised my husband with a very thoughtful gift and bubbly on his birthday. We could not fault their attentiveness and just the right amount of contact. Leaving us to get on with our holiday but always available to be of assistance if we needed anything. We would love to visit Villa Sari again. We had an unforgettable time. Thank you !

Villa Sari is a lovely villa, in the perfect area in Kalkan. It is a 2 minute walk to the old town and the beach. There is a shop that speaks English at the end of the road, which stocks the essentials - water, beer, milk, wine, baklava, juice, food basics, etc. Run by a friendly family.The villa itself is spacious - the photos dont do it justice at all. The wide-angle photos really arent needed, because there is loads pf space. The pool is perfect and a man comes every day to maintain it - and he brings you fresh bread!There is air con in every bedroom and in the lounge also.Overall, we had an amazing experience in Villa Sari. The owners and proprty managers are in constant contact and cant do enough for you. 5 stars! *****

Hidden gem

We recently returned from Villa Sari after a weeks stay. It was our first holiday to Turkey and following recommendation we chose Kalkan. Even though there is a vast choice of villas in the area, we’re so pleased we settled on Villa Sari. It truly is a hidden gem, yet only a 5 minutes walk to the town. The villa itself was very clean, had everything you could possibly need, including a much appreciated welcome pack. Our favourite area was the outdoor space with a lovely sized pool, sunbeds, parasols and a shady seating area. We also enjoyed the seating area on the roof terrace, perfect for a glass of wine before walking into Kalkan, with beautiful views of the mountains. Having Karyn, the host, around is very reassuring and was very helpful. Irfan, who tended the pool and gardens was friendly, gave plenty of advice and brought fresh bread each morning - what a lovely touch! The villa brought us the balance of our perfect holiday - comfort, relaxation with privacy, distance to shops and restaurants and the reassurance that any problems or queries were at the end of the phone and dealt with quickly. Our only negative is that one week wasn’t long enough, so we’ve already booked for next year for two and can’t wait! Finally we have to thank Kevin and Cheryl, the owners who kept in touch and provided us with valuable information and made it possible for us to experience their lovely villa.

Fantastic House !

From the beginning Kev was extremely communicative and that continued throughout the stay with Karyn and Irfan who were on hand to help in any which way. The property is around 10 minutes walk from the centre of Kalkan, so shops and restaurants within easy reach. The boat taxis to the beach clubs could also be found within a similar walking distance. The property itself was brilliant, really well set up- every detail considered, from welcome food and wine in the fridge to UK plug sockets. The house had multiple areas to sit, eat and drink - roof terrace overlooking Kalkan aswell as a covered area near to the pool. Hard pressed to find any fault at all. Thank you !!!

Wonderful relaxing week in beautiful villa Sari

Villa Sari is a lovely villa in a really quiet location yet very easy walking distance to town . The outdoor areas are really lovely , beautifully kept gardens , inviting good sized pool and chill out cool area of the pergola. Plenty of space inside with lovely new bathrooms .The roof terrace has spectacular views over town and a perfect early evening glass of wine and watching all the old town lights come on . The whole process of booking the villa, communication with the owner and the managing agents was exceptionally smooth . Overall a most wonderful week .

Wonderful stay at Villa Sari

We’ve had a great time staying at Villa Sari. Plenty of space for our family of 5. There’s a roof terrace with wonderful views. We will definitely return one day.
