The view is exquisite from this fifth-floor corner beach retreat! There is nothing like walking into your beach retreat, stepping onto the large wraparound balcony, and seeing the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is over 1370 sq. ft. with a total open living concept.

Seaside Beach & Racquet Club #5514 is located on the fifth floor of building 5 with direct Gulf and outdoor pool views. This condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and sleeps 10 when you use the two queen size sofa beds. The kitchen is well equipped with the essential pots, pans, and baking needs. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. All bath towels and linens are provided.

The beach is just steps away following the deck through a gazebo and complete with outdoor beach showers. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach. There are two lighted tennis courts (must provide your own racquet and balls) and a heated indoor pool for those lazy rainy beach days . The complex is known for its tropically landscaped courtyard and two outdoor swimming pools. You can exercise in the workout room or relax in the sauna. There are many charcoal BBQ grills for your outdoor culinary needs.

When it is time to explore your surroundings, you will find you are centrally located to shops, dining, and beach adventures. Many are within walking distance of this beach retreat. Adventure Island and Fat Daddy's Arcade are directly across the street! Area attractions include the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo; Waterville; The Wharf; and The Park at OWA, the new amusement park in Foley. Restaurants abound in the area to entice the pallet of the moment. There is also a Starbucks close-by and many an ice cream shop. Shopping is also close to the complex and a short drive away on HWY 59 you will find a Shopping Center, Tanger Outlet Mall, and Old Time Pottery.

*Parking fee is $50 per vehicle for up to one month. There is a two car limit. If your stay is longer than one month, a second pass must be purchased. Pass is purchased (Credit or Debit Card only) at the Guard Shack as you enter the complex.

*NO EARLY ENTRIES. Check-in is at 4:00 pm on the day of your arrival.
*First Responders with proof of identity get one free parking certificate. Reservation must be in First Responders name. No exceptions.
*This is a non-smoking complex and a non-smoking unit and a pet free unit.
*There are security cameras throughout the property including at the pools.
