Excellent family holiday house

12 of us from four generations aged 3 months to 90 years spent a fabulous 8 days here. Location is good, right on the beach, walking distance to paper shop etc and 10 minutes drive from Bognor Regis centre. The outdoor pool is large and was warm enough for us to swim every day. There is also a lawn big enough for the children to run about on and plenty of seats and tables in the garden. The gate from the garden goes straight out on to the stones leading down to the sea. The house layout is great for a family gathering. Plenty of glasses, crockery, dishes etc plus same in plastic for outside and two ovens made cooking easy. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful house overall we really enjoyed staying here. However the pool area could have been cleaner. It accommodates 12 people but there are no sun loungers which was disappointing. Lots of debris outside and the ground needed a good sweep up. We did have an issue with the gas for the bbq and pool heater but these were dealt with satisfactorily. Area was extremely quiet and the local pub The Lion which was about a 15 min walk was fantastic. Would stay again with the proviso that the outside areas were cleaner.

Lovely location.

This is a beautiful house in a wonderful location. The house was clean and tidy but, unfortunately, the 'Condition' review dropped to a lower rating for us. The barbecue was in such a greasy and dirty condition that we had to abandon our plans to eat barbecues in the fine weather. This was disappointing, especially as we had paid a premium price for our short stay.

We were celebrating my 70th birthday along with my three sons, their partners and four young grandchildren. The property was excellent, well-equipped and had a fair-sized swimming pool, which everybody enjoyed. We were there for 3 days and ate out for our main meals. The only issue was that the cleaners had let the owners down by not putting the bedding on in a couple of bedrooms. This was quickly resolved by the agent, Molly.
