IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Air conditioning available only in the lounge.

- Group bookings are not accepted. This accommodation is exclusively for families.

- Seasonal outdoor pool available only for guests in block C.

- This apartment is located in block C of the Park Village complex. It has its own entrance and pool. There is no access to the rest of the complex.

- Excellent location for walking to all points of interest in Salou.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a security deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online registration is mandatory at least 24 hours before arrival. This includes the occupant data required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and completion of all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

- As this is tourist accommodation, some elements may show normal signs of use or certain wear that does not affect their functionality and which, by their nature, cannot always be repaired between stays, such as small dents or marks on walls, as well as wear on certain elements, furniture or appliances.
