Stunning Seaview Retreat is located in the charming coastal town of South Shields. This stunning 18th century house has recently undergone development into this new, luxury first-floor apartment. With stunning panoramic views of the North Sea, beach and park. The apartment is located in a sought-after area with easy access to tons of local attractions.

Seaview Retreat can sleep a total of 5 guests comfortably. The property has a double bedroom with 1 double bed, a second bedroom which has a single bed with a trundle pull-out bed. There is also a large sofa bed in the lounge. The property has 1 full bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, basin and towel rail. The property also hosts a fully equipped kitchen. There is a high chair and a cot available upon request.

Amenities include WiFi, a 50" smart TV, a selection of board games and books, hair straighteners, hair dryer, all towels and linen provided, complimentary teas, coffee, biscuits and condiments as well as basic cleaning supplies.

Lovely apartment. Clean and tidy. Linen and Towels provided. Small condiments left which was a nice touch. Views over the park and sea which was lovely. Good powerful shower and comfortable beds. Five minute walk to the beach and amusements. Managed to park outside all weekend.Host was helpful sending all the information needed.

Toll waren der wundervolle Ausblick auf Meer und Park, das neue und saubere Badezimmer, die Größe der Wohnung. Die Möbel im Wohnzimmer waren etwas lieblos zusammengestellt und unbequem. z.B. Das Kunstledersofa mit dem Rücken zum Fenster, statt Richtung Ausblick...(Umstellen der Möbel war durch schriftlichen Hinweis verboten). Die Küchenausstattung war sparsam. Es fehlten diverse Utensilien, zum Beispiel Schneidebrettchen, Eierbecher, größere Salatschale, mehr als nur 1 Topf und 1 Pfanne, und vielleicht netterweise ein paar Spültabs... Ärgerlich war, dass das Internet 2 Tage gar nicht funktionierte und trotz Bemühungen der Gastgeber nie für alle Zimmer reichte.
