Located in Costa Adeje, this delightful apartment is a dream. With 2 cozy bedrooms featuring a queen bed and a full bed, guests can unwind in comfort.. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Costa Adeje and our apartment has to offer. The corner pentahouse apartment is located in Torviscas high area in the famous Balcón del Atlántico complex, phase 1, It is a very solid construction in two levels.
The neighborhood is very quiet and superprivate.
The surface is 70 sqm in total, is a brand new apartment, distributed as follows
Reception, open kitchen with american dineing area, living and salón área with terrace access, plants all arround the corner, table and chairs to relax in the afternoon enyoing the atonish sunset.
We do have fast internet connection with WiFi, international TV available , and extras as hair drier, coffee machine, Toaster, Kettle. The Kitchen is complete furnished and equiped to use.
One bedroom is the master one, guardrobes wall to wall, stylish decoration and ocean views.
A second bedroom is smaller up to 2 pax, this is faceing east receiving the morning sun trough the windows.
A complete separate toillete plus bathroom with shower. The Complex is about a 10 minute walk to Gran Sur shopping centre and El Madronal, and the most famous beaches, golf and tennis courts. The complex also offers 2 communal swimming pools
