The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped modern kitchen, ideal for preparing meals at home, along with a dining table, comfortable sofa, armchair, and a smart TV. Step out onto your private balcony – a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening.
High-speed broadband is available throughout, making it perfect for remote work or staying connected online. Both generously sized bedrooms offer ample storage and plush double beds dressed in crisp hotel-quality linens. The apartment also features a stylish family bathroom with a shower over the bath, while the master bedroom benefits from a private en-suite shower room. There is a sofa bed for 2 people in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 5 or 6 guests when booking).

Being so centrally located, you will be within walking distance of all the city centre attractions, including the Arndale shopping centre, Chinatown, various museums and galleries, as well as a huge array of restaurants, bars, clubs and music venues. You are also close to the Northern Quarter - A trendy neighbourhood, with vibrant street art, bohemian bars and independent record shops. There's an Aldi supermarket just around the corner for your grocery needs, and Manchester Piccadilly train station is just a 10 minute walk away.
Getting Around:
The city centre is entirely accessible on foot from the apartment and you have plenty of amenities right on your doorstep. If you a travelling slightly further, there are local tram and bus stops at Piccadilly Station, and New Islington, both just 10 minutes walk away. Piccadilly Train Station has national rail links to the rest of the UK and is only 10 minutes walk or a short taxi ride from the apartment.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to the late check-in fee.

· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75.
For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
