Remodeled Gulf Front Townhome

Completely Remodeled Gulf Front Townhome, everything in this home is brand new. 2 Bedroom 3 Full Bath Gulf Front Townhome located within steps of the Gulf of Mexico. The first level features open concept living with a full bath and a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area with Gulf Views and access to the Gulf Front deck. The 2nd level has a master bedroom with ensuite bath with access to a Gulf Front Sundeck. Also on this level is a 2nd bedroom with a private bath and access to a loft. The home also features a full size washer & dryer, cable TV, WiFi, fish cleaning station and outside shower.

This home comes with everything you should need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. You need to bring beach towels, as the home will only have bath towels. We also provide an initial supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry, dish and bath soap.

All of our homes come with WiFi
You must be 25 years or older to reserve.
No events are allowed.

Reservations Canceled/Reservations Changed: A minimum fee of $150.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) will be charged on the reservation total of a canceled reservation only if the property re-rents for the same time period and at the same rate. Changes in a reservation, whether to the same property under different dates or changing properties altogether will be treated as a canceled reservation. In the event the property does not re-rent for the same time period and at the same rate, all monies paid to Cape San Blas Vacation Rentals, Inc. will be forfeited.

Great location! Short walk to the beach! 10-15 mins from town. The house was very clean, and as advertised! The only complaint was our friend that stayed in the guest bedroom had a little trouble getting the TV to turn on a few times. Would definitely stay again!

Needs some TLC but overall good place steps from the gulf and beautiful view.

Condo needed updating but is slated to get some soon. Driveway area and patio flooded horribly due to rain and bad drainage which made unloading and loading tedious but not impossible. King bed was a little hard and squeaky but overall everything else was good.
