Ski in/Ski out 2nd Floor Sweetly Updated Condo

You will walk in the door, kick off your shoes, hang up your coat and feel immediately at home in Etta Place Too 110. This newly and completely renovated two bedroom, two bathroom condominium has been impeccably transformed into a modern, warm, tasteful abode with all new everything: furniture, appliances, cabinets, bathrooms, beds, bedding, carpeting, everything! There is a large flat screen TV in the living room and another smaller one in the master bedroom. The lovely king bedded master also has an en suite bathroom with a spacious walk in shower and in floor heat. The bright and cheerful second bedroom has two twins, which can also be made up as a king, and a bathroom across the hall featuring in floor heat and a tub/shower. The kitchen has been transformed into a luxurious haven for your culinary creations with stainless appliances and white marble countertops. The oversized washer and dryer mean laundry will be a snap.

The summertime pool and year-round hot tub in the building's common area are just two more features that will be sure to please. And, the location right next to the Coonskin Chairlift makes accessing the slopes a breeze. Etta Place Too HOA has control over the common areas, including the hot tub and pool. We do not guarantee HOA amenities as we have no control over them.

Great location

Right at bottom of lift 7, this place was great. Everything in telluride is walking distance, so we walked to dinner, restaurants and hiking trail. Perfect all around!

Great Location

We loved our stay! The home was very clean and within an easy walk to town and lift 7 for skiing. It’s only a few hundred yards from Telluride Sports for rentals, too. We enjoyed the hot tub almost every night. Finally, the folks at Accommodations at Telluride were extremely responsive and helpful!

Highly Recommend

We really enjoyed our time in Telluride. The condo is really nice - looks like it has been completely redone recently- and was the perfect amount of space for our family of four. It’s convenient- the Coonskin lift is yards away ( though trails to come back are difficult). The gondola is about a 10 minute walk or a 20 min bus ride back. We liked being in the town as it was easy to get to a grocery store and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Spring Break at Tride

Great property. Well maintained and well equipped with extra towels, blankets, cleaning supplies. The unit was spotless and has been recently been updated. Heated floors in the bathrooms are a nice feature, and all of the lighting was very well thought out. Kitchen had nice features as well. Close to the lift and town, as well as the bus line. Highly recommend this property to anyone and we hope to return in the future

family get away

Overall, we were very pleased with this property. It is very nicely remodeled, clean, well supplied and comfortable. Within walking distance of a nice little market and parking is easy, with a town parking pass included. We did miss not having a place to sit outside and due to Covid, the pool area was limited to 30 minutes per family, but the unit was so nice we didn't mind being inside. The space faces the parking lot, so it can be a little noisy from people outside with the windows open, but it was quiet at night for sleeping and we never heard a peep out of neighbors. We would stay here again for sure. For winter skiers. there is a place to store boots and hang skis and jackets right inside the front door of the unit. The shuttle to downtown Telluride passes through frequently so you don't have to drive downtown.

Nicely renovated condo close to lift

We enjoyed our 5-night stay at Etta Place Too #110. Condo is completely renovated and nicely done. Plenty of space for our family of four. There was an issue with the clothes washer but Lee was very responsive. We also requested additional blankets which were promptly delivered. Kitchen is well-outfitted - we made coffee, toast and eggs each morning. Also made pasta for the boys one night while we went out. Master bed is insanely comfortable! Easy parking and easy 1/2 mile drive into town. Coonskin lift is a very short walk from the condo, with ski storage at Telluride Sports. Hot tub disappointing. Outside steps could desperately use some salt - felt unsafe every time we went down them. Otherwise, we had a great week in Telluride!

Lodger Beware!

Nice condo. Ski out definitely with a little poling. Ski in only if you are expert skiers which we are but the snow coverage on that black diamond run was sparse…so only did it twice for the sake of our skis! But not taking anything away from the location because of this. Our 4 stars (contemplated 3 actually) was based on the fact that the hot tub advertised was not operational the entire week we were there. Isn’t a hot tub after skiing almost a requirement? In any event, the owner and their local mgmt co hide behind the language in their Rental Agreement indicating owner is not responsible for condo amenities not working. So when we asked about some sort of reimbursement, the answer was NO, see the Agreement. Ok I get it but I personally own and manage 4 short term rentals and never hide behind rental agreement language when a guest has an issue. Guess that’s why all 4 get 5 Star ratings not 4 bordering on 3.

Great vacation for our family of 4. The condo was well equipped and very comfortable. Communication from the owner was top notch. Ski storage just inside the front door was ideal. Ski-out was just a 2 minute walk to Lift 7 and since my kids weren't quite confirmable on Stumper, we had the same 2 minute walk back for ski-in. Overall a great home and we will definitely be back.

Convenient location

All was as described. Great location and steps away from lift #7. Not a bad walk to town, especially on the creek side trail. Grocery store is a 5 minute walk and kitchen well stocked.

Great condo! Would definitely go back.

This was a great place to stay. Very close to the bus stops, parking pass provided, beautiful condo. We had five adults staying in the property. Our only issue was with the wifi code and management got back to us quickly.

Lovely stay in Telluride

The photos do not do this rental justice. Very well-appointed, clean, and furnished with everything we could possibly need during our stay. We cooked in several meals and always had everything that we needed. We loved the location - walking distance along the river path to the free gondola and restaurants, but also right on the Galloping Goose (shuttle) town loop route. Would definitely recommend this place to friends.
