Town of Telluride STR Lic. 01178. While this is a NEW listing, I have lived in Telluride since 2005 and been hosting here for 14 years with a 10/10 rating at my other VRBO property listing #: 4290900.
Comfortable, Airy, Top Floor, Boomerang Village Condominium alongside the tranquil Cornet Creek with views of the Ski Area, Ajax Mountain and the Box Canyon.
Easy access, just off of Main Street (Colorado Avenue). A short walk across the street to the Chairlift 7 (Cimarron Lift) base area or take the free shuttle from behind the condo to the Gondola.
Within 100 yards of the popular Telluride mainstays including: There Bar, Siam Thai restaurant, Wine Mine, Clark’s Grocery, Hotel Telluride, Medicine Ranch, etc.
Free parking, Responsive long time local host.
Large bedroom downstairs with a queen bed and a spacious 300 square foot loft space upstairs with a queen bed and a twin bed.
Soaring 18 foot vaulted ceiling in the living area.
We are self managed and thereby can offer very competitive rates making visiting Telluride more affordable for all. Unfortunately the website now adds their own service fee of up to fifteen percent on top of our rental rate.
HOA rules prohibit guests from bringing dogs with the exception of Service Dogs In Training and Service Dogs. Please let me know if your dog is either. (My other VRBO property, Listing #: 4290900 allows dogs regardless of service status).
*Guests are urged to purchase Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) travel insurance through an online travel insurer to protect their trip against unforeseen circumstances that may arise.

The condo was reasonably priced and perfectly comfortable for our family of 5 (3 teens). The kitchen is small, which was fine since we didn’t plan to cook too much and it is close to several great restaurants. The host is kind and helpful!
It was a perfect location as it was nestled between the mountains to our right, the mountains to our left and we could hear the small creek below the condo feeding the larger creek down the hill along the hiking trail.The condo was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated with what appeared to be local artwork. We loved that we could walk to the local grocery store around the corner and the restaurants and shopping was but a 10 minute walk. There was a local bus stop 50 feet from the building as well but it was too pretty not to walk and enjoy the outdoor views.Overall, it was an enjoyable stay and I’m sure we’ll return in the future!

I enjoy providing competitively priced accommodations so that everyone can experience Telluride. Telluride is a very small community. It is nice having the flow of new folks from around the country and world visit us.
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is a nice combination of accommodations and locals. It is very conveniently located near Chair lift seven for skiing, the town main grocery Clarks Market, and popular bars and restaurants with an a stone throw.
What makes this property unique
20 foot ceilings, Bright, Airy & Open. Mountain Views. Across the street from the Chairlft 7 Base Area, On the free town shuttlebus line. Near town grocery and popular west end bars and resturants. Best value in Telluride.
