Town of Telluride STR Lic. 01178. While this is a NEW listing, I have been hosting in Telluride for 14 years with a 10/10 rating at my other VRBO property listing #: 4290900. Comfortable, Airy Penthouse (top floor) Boomerang Village Condominium alongside the tranquil Cornet Creek in Telluride. Easy access, just off of Main Street (Colorado Avenue). A short walk across the street to the Chairlift 7 (Cimarron Lift) base area or take the free shuttle from behind the condo to the Gondola. Conveniently close to the popular There Bar, Siam Thai restaurant, Wine Mine, Clark’s Grocery, Hotel Telluride, etc. Free parking, Responsive local host. Large bedroom downstairs with a queen bed and a Large 300 square foot loft space upstairs with a queen bed and a twin bed. Soaring 18 foot vaulted ceiling in the living area. Along the Cornet Creek with views of Ajax Mountain and ski area. Personally I am happy to host guests with dogs but unfortunately the HOA rules prohibit guests from bringing dogs with the exception of Service Dogs In Training and Service Dogs. Please let me know if your dog is either. (The HOA at my other listing (4290900) allows dogs regardless of service status). Guests are urged to purchase Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) travel insurance through one of the many travel insurance carriers available on line to protect their trip against unforeseen circumstances that may arise. Host cannot afford to be the insurer of last resort.

I enjoy providing competitively priced accommodations so that everyone can experience Telluride. Telluride is a very small community. It is nice having the flow of new folks from around the country and world visit us.
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is a nice combination of accommodations and locals. It is very conveniently located near Chair lift seven for skiing, the town main grocery Clarks Market, and popular bars and restaurants with an a stone throw.
