We really enjoyed our stay at 1 Coyote Lane. It is an excellent location, easily walkable to the village. Well stocked kitchen. Pretty warm during day but with windows open at night, it would cool off nicely.

The house is very close to Villages. The bikes were in good shape. We had a dog and it was good for him too. The trains are very quiet. NIce place to stay

Relaxing Stay w/Family

The property was very nice and very close to the Village which we could easily walk to. The blinds were broken which we reported and there was a metal bar in the middle of the hot tub that we could not lift up (also reported). Overall, this was a nice place to stay!

Couple’s Getaway

The house is smaller than pictured but nicely arranged. Two problems for us: the narrow open stairway and the odd angles of walls that required some maneuvering around to avoid hitting your head. On the plus side was the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in and good walking proximity to the shops and restaurants.

This house worked out great for us! Great location...so close to the Village. Very clean! The only small critique I have is that it would have been great to have a minimum number of ziplocs and/or silver foil to help with food storage. Other than that, no complaints!

Lovely Time

Great house to stay in, this was the first time traveling with our 8 month old daughter. We went into knowing there wasn’t AC, I’m not sure we could not do AC again with her but for adults or older kids, it’s a great place that cools off nice at night. Has all the amenities and things are clearly labeled. Hosts are quick to respond and even let us check in a little early which was great.

Had a wonderful time vacationing with Family and made even better at this beautiful home. Everything was clean and orderly. House stocked with all the basic necessities. Yearly SunRiver trip

Convenient location to the village. Hot tub was enjoyed daily. Beds were comfortable. Fun and kinda funky house, extremely close to railroad tracks. For a rental that is set up with 6 beds for up to 8 people- the kitchen size and kitchen wares were lacking. Bikes were appreciated but it would be a good idea to invest in a child sized bike or two. We ended up having to rent one. Before leaving the house I tidied up and discovered dry dog foods under the sofa…..

Good little getaway

House was great, plenty of rooms to sleep a whole group, though we had it to ourselves. Everything was clean and in good working order, with plenty of pots/pans/baking equipment. Two things to be aware of - the house is closeish to a rail line but the level of noise you get sounds more like a diesel truck pulling into your parking space and was little bother. Secondly, there is plenty of wood in the bike shed but no kindling and only a machete to help. If we had used the fireplace prior to our last night I would have picked up a cheap hatchet and nylon hammer to make starting the fire easier. Getting a Duralog or other fire starting gear would have also worked. Overall great, we are definitely coming back!

Amazing location, perfect for families

We had an wonderful time! Great location with very short walking distance from village. Quiet road with hardly any traffic. Clean and perfect accommodations for family with downstairs bedroom for those who can’t do stairs. Nice deck to lounge on. Would definitely stay here again!

Noisy Train

House was clean but smaller than the photos online show. Property is next to very active train tracks with extremely loud trains for miles. This should be mentioned in the property listing as some people are sensitive to the loud noise. Blinds in the living room are horrible with cords that are so twisted they are broken. Couch is not comfortable - at all. Very small kitchen with barely enough room for two people at a time. Beds were comfortable both upstairs and downstairs but if you are the lucky one to sleep downstairs you can hear all the creaks from people walking around upstairs. Overall the house was clean, we just won’t be coming back to this house.

It was amazing! All the instructions were easy to understand. There were towels everywhere. The hot tub (which was our favorite part) was very clean and taken care of. The house was clean and tidy. We very much would like to stay with this company again!

Great house, pain in the rear management

This is a really nice house. It suited our needs to a "T". Working with Bennington Properties was onerous. I received so many emails and texts that it became a nuisance. I'm sure there are people who like an overabundance of communication, but I am not one of them. I merely wanted to rent a house for a couple of days. I was not looking for a relationship with a property management company.

Excellent for families!

My family has been coming to sunriver for over 20 years and each year we rent a new cabin. This was by far one of our favorites. The stay was relaxing and accommodating. Perfect for our large family and kiddos!
