This is a great house for bringing the whole family-Grandparents, Moms & Dads, Kids, the nieces & nephews, or just a bunch of girlfriends or ski buddies. Even the dog can come on vacation. How cool is that! The house is well suited for multi families or multi generations. Bring friends, bring Gran & Gramps, hey-even bring people you don't like-you'll like them better after staying here!

In the last year or so I've replaced most of the beds, bedding, built a utility yard for the dog to stay in and store the bikes, painted the whole interior and installed new carpet. Everything is sparkly and clean enough for a picky mother-in law or Granny who always finds something to complain about. No worries here!

Everything from watching a movie or two on the TV's or sit in the gaming chair and play your video games, unless you prefer competitive Foosball. For outdoor fun try your hand at cornhole.
The choices are yours and not everyone has to make the same choice! Plenty of things to do and different rooms to do them in. A Roku box and Chromecast are available on most TVs. We've upgraded to the fastest internet Sunriver has.
There's a lounge chair on the deck for lazily reading while the rest of the family goes out to play or ride on the 33 miles of bike paths, or goes for some wet fun at the SHARC.

For my winter guests: The dog is welcome and I had a covered dog/bike enclosure built so you can take Fido out without having to go in the snow.

This home was remodeled in a combination of Frank Lloyd Wright and the Cascades. Wood and warm tones are throughout the house. The stone work on the front of the house is echoed in the tile downstairs. This is an easy house to enjoy. Calm, clean but not fussy. When remodeling this home my main goal was, that if in 20 years from now someone said "my family had this get together when I was a kid and we had so much fun" then it was all worth it! I want families and friends to spend time together, enjoying each others company.

The house was designed for multi-generations or multi-families. It has plenty of room for family gatherings, but also has enough privacy for some personal quiet time. The downstairs is more formal and the upstairs is where the action is; Foosball, TVs, mini kitchen, you may not go downstairs for a week, well maybe to jump in the hot tub! You may not see the kids until you leave!

The wrap around deck has plenty of room for outdoor parties or just reading a book in the sun. The hot tub is pre-set to 99-101 degrees F by the hot tub company, is maintained weekly or between guests as needed and should be ready upon arrival. Please keep the cover closed when not in use. Please, NO glass around the hot tub, there are plastic glasses and dining ware for outdoor use. Hot tub is to be used at guest’s discretion and personal risk.

The downstairs is more formal and has a 70" TV.

The whole family can fit at the dining table which can seat 10 and fit a few more in with the side table. The kitchen is fully stocked with matching plates, silverware and serving pieces. You won't be embarrassed setting a table for that special meal. The bar area is ready for your aperitifs or just sodas. The downstairs is wheelchair friendly with a small portable ramp available to go over the step up to the living room. The wet bar area is wheelchair friendly with a roll under sink and mini refrigerator.

The master bath is large and open. The tub is just right for a relaxing soak after a long day of fun. The doors are 36' wide, the shower has a low threshold and there is a grab bar near the commode. One of the vanities has a place to sit while getting ready for the day.

This house sleeps 12. The owner, property managers, Sunriver HOA and the neighbors are very strict on this. Per Sunriver regulations, No Parking On The Street or RV Parking in Sunriver. The home has a 2 car garage and can fit up to 4 more cars in the driveway.

Mt Bachelor is an easy 23 mile drive from our door. Or you can Nordic ski right here on the bike paths.

For summertime fun there are at least 2 adult bikes, and often times up to 4 adult and 2 kids bikes. Bikes are professionally maintained at the beginning of summer. If you experience a flat tire or other malfunction please take the bike to Village Bike and have it repaired so it will be ready for the next guest. Bicycles are to be used at guest’s discretion and personal risk.

This property is managed onsite by Cascara Vacation Rentals to give you great service during your stay. They will contact you prior to your stay and text you as soon as the house is ready( between 4 and 6 pm) and give you your own access code. No more keys!

House has A/C so no worries about the heat! Dog is welcome with the pet fee so no worries about finding room at the kennel last minute. Hope to see you soon.

Call the Sunriver Resort to ask about golf courses and memberships. Also, only owners may launch canoes, rafts or other watercraft from the marina.

Professional tennis tournaments are held in Sunriver also. Check tournament schedules as private play may be curtailed during tournaments.
