We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house just outside of Zadar

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house just outside of Zadar. The property was absolutely stunning and felt very safe, with secure parking behind a gated entrance. The host was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful — we were greeted with a lovely welcome tray of food and drinks, which was such a nice touch. Communication throughout was easy and smooth. The house itself was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room in the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas. The pool area was great for relaxing, and we really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. Although the house is a bit outside the city center, the location was perfect for us as we had a car and appreciated the quiet and calm atmosphere. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to return in the future!

Wir haben mit Freunden ein langes Wochenende (5 Nächte) in der Villa Katarina verbracht und sind rundum begeistert. Die Villa ist genauso traumhaft schön wie auf den Bildern – wenn nicht sogar noch schöner. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die authentische Bauweise im wunderschönen traditionellen Stein-Stil. Im Gegensatz zu vielen modernen Ferienhäusern wirkt sie nicht wie ein gewöhnlicher Betonbau, sondern hat echten Charme und Charakter. Die gesamte Raumaufteilung ist hervorragend durchdacht. Alle Bereiche sind großzügig gestaltet und bieten genügend Platz, um gemeinsam Zeit zu verbringen oder sich auch einmal zurückzuziehen. Ein weitere Pluspunkt alles ist ebenerdig. Die ruhige Lage und die perfekte Ausrichtung mit Blick auf das Meer sorgen für eine einzigartige Atmosphäre. Gleichzeitig ist man in kurzer Zeit in der Stadt Zadar. Auch die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles ist hochwertig eingerichtet und es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zur Unterhaltung, beispielsweise den Billardtisch. Der Außenbereich steht dem Innenbereich in nichts nach. Die große Terrasse bietet zahlreiche Sitz- und Chillmöglichkeiten sowie ausreichend Sonnenliegen. Besonders begeistert hat uns natürlich der Pool: Er war jederzeit sauber, in einem hervorragenden Zustand und bot die perfekte Erfrischung – nicht zu kalt, einfach genau richtig. Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt sind die Eigentümer. Sie sind unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und kommunikativ. Wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Dartpfeile sind nicht gut
