Inside, the house is generously designed with a kitchen, living and dining area and three bedrooms, each with a bathroom. The bathrooms all have underfloor heating.

Outside you will find a private beach, swimming pool and two spacious terraces

... with a breathtaking sea view and the most beautiful sunset on the Adriatic.

The southwest location guarantees numerous hours of sunshine and the notorious Croatian fall winds are hardly noticeable on this side of the island, so that the climate is optimal in spring and autumn.

Alle ziemlich perfekt und wunderschön. Lage phänomenal, mit unbeschreiblichem Ausblick auf das Meer, die benachbarten Inseln, die Bucht Juzna Luka mit den dort ankernden Segelbooten.Toller Garten mit überdachtem Esstisch und Grill. Erfrischender Pool, zudem noch ein Jaccuzzi mit Beleuchtung. Schattige Terrasse mit gepolsterten Sitzmöbeln für 6 Personen.Ein paar Schritte zum Strand runter ist eine sandige Terrasse mit Liegestühlen und Sonnenschirmen, dort haben wir gerne relaxt. Hier auch ein Einstieg ins kiesige Ufer zum Schwimmen in der Bucht (Badeschuhe nicht vergessen).Innen mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann, dabei nicht nur funktional durchgestylt, sondern persönlich, gemütlich, bequem, einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und friedlich, wie die ganze Insel. Ab und zu hört man vom benachbarten Ressort Lounge-Musik herüber, aber nicht unangenehm.5 min zu Fuß zu kleinem Hafen mit Boots-Vermietung.Fähre oder Schnellboot nach Zadar. Die Inseln Ugljan und Pasman rauf und runter viele gemütliche Orte und Natur zu entdecken. Genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Restaurant-Tipps vom Vermieter waren alle fantastisch!Betreuung und Check-in völlig unkompliziert und lückenlos. Alle Infos kamen vorab per E-Mail, eine kurze Nachfrage während des Aufenthalts wurde umgehend beantwortet. Vielen Dank für Wurst, Käse und Wein im Kühlschrank, sowie ein Kanister Wasser bei Ankunft! Hoffe sehr, dass wir wiederkommen kommen.

Wundervolles Haus in einer super Lage. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Das Haus war hervorragend gereinigt bei Ankunft und der Pool wurde regelmäßig gesäubert. Das Highlight war der Whirlpool zum Entspannen!

Wir waren inzwischen 4x im Haus der Familie Becker. Wir hatten wieder einen rundum entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub in diesem wirklich perfekten Haus. Wer Ruhe und Privatsphäre direkt am Meer sucht ist hier bestens aufgehoben.Wir schätzen zudem die Nähe zu den sehr guten Restaurants, die man am Abend in 5-10 Minuten per Fahrrad erreichen kann.

We had a fabulous holiday. The villa is well equipped and in good condition with great communication from Thomas. Any questions on-site were quickly answered.We loved Ugljan - its very quiet and undeveloped, but with enough of a selection of restaurants within easy driving distance. Ferries were easy and lots of choice of supermarkets.The private beach a couple of hundred yards away was great for a swim and 15 mins walk away, past a little harbour was another lovely peaceful cove / beach. Next door to the villa / private beach is a very posh resort and they were very welcoming with a good choice of cocktails and allowed rental of their paddle boards and bikes.The villa's gardens and view were the star of the show and we couldn't get enough of watching the sun go down over the nearby islands and sea.

Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in guter Lage. Zum Strand sind es ca. 100m, Badeschuhe sind ratsam, da es wie fast überall auf der Insel ein steiniger Strand ist. Dafür ist das Wasser kristallkar. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind wunderschön. Für 6 Gäste gibt es viele Liege- und Sitzmöglichkeiten auf dem Grunstück & der ausreichend große Pool wird regelmäßig gesäubert. Bei Fragen/Problemen sind die Vermieter jederzeit ansprechbar.

Perfekter Erholungsurlaub

Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber, stilvoll und geräumig. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Unsere absoluten Highlights war der Ausblick von der Terrasse und der Privatstrand. Einfach Traumhaft. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Tolles Haus in wunderschöner Lage

Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist top und es sind nur ein paar Meter zu Fuß zum Strand. Der Garten mit Pool und Whirlpool ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und die Sonnenuntergänge einfacht wunderschön. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Super schönes Haus mit tollem Blick aufs Meer

Check in klappte ohne Problem, das Haus und das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt. Die Absprache mit dem Besitzer funktionierte reibungslos. Man kann das Haus nur empfehlen.

Ein Traum

Das ist Urlaub! Top Haus, top Lage, sensationeller Blick mit den schönsten Sonnenuntergängen und nur ein paar Meter zum Strand, der wunderbar leer war. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und können dieses kleine Paradies uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Ferienhaus sehr genossen! Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt, nur wenige Schritte bis zum Strand. Im Haus selbst fehlte es an nichts und die Außenanlage ist einfach perfekt für einen Aufenthalt. Alle waren sich einig, ... wir hätten gern verlängert, wenn direkt im Anschluss noch frei gewesen wäre ;-) !

Tolles Haus, schöner Garten & Strand

Wir haben im Juli 2023 unseren Sommerurlaub in diesem Haus verbracht. Wir fanden ein traumhaftes Anwesen vor, sehr gepflegt, gut ausgestattet und gut durchdacht. Perfekte Voraussetzungen für entspannte Wochen. Unangenehm überrascht hat uns dann, dass hinter der Grundstücksgrenze laute, langanhaltende und Staub verursachende Bauarbeiten durchgeführt wurden, die wir bei Buchung der Unterkunft für weitgehend abgeschlossen hielten. So wurden wir leider oft mit dem Hydraulikhammer des felsabtragenden Baggers geweckt, der uns auch nachmittags gezwungen hat, ins Haus zu gehen und die Türen zu schließen. Der Vermieter hat auf unsere „Hilferufe“ zügig reagiert und ist uns entschädigend entgegengekommen. Er war offenbar selbst nicht über die Art der Bauarbeiten und das Ausmaß der Belästigung informiert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder auf diese wunderschöne Insel, wenn die Nachbarn die Arbeiten beendet haben.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus (Pool, Whirlpool, WLAN, vollausgestattete Küche) in top Lage mit atemberaubendem Meerblick und privatem Strand (für die insgesamt ca. 10 Häuser der Anlage). Einziger Wehrmutstropfen war der Baulärm der angrenzenden Baustelle, da zu unserem Reisezeitraum leider die Erdbarbeiten noch nicht abgeschlossen waren.

Schöner Familienurlaub

Hier kann man wirklich einen schönen Urlaub mit der Familie verbringen. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und entspricht genau den Beschreibungen. Ugljan ist eine sehr schöne Insel mit vielen sehenswerten kleinen Dörfern und zum Glück vom Massentourismus nochweitgehend verschont geblieben. Die Strände und das Meer wunderschön!

Es war wieder sehr schön

Wir waren zum 2.Mal in diesem Haus - alles war wieder genauso gut wie beim letzten Mal. Die angrenzende Baustelle hat an manchen Tagen genervt - aber das muß man dann halt auch mal akzeptieren (und im nächsten Jahr wird das Projekt dann abgeschlossen). In diesem Jahr hatten wir unsere Fahrräder dabei - das hat sich definitiv gelohnt, da man Abends einige sehr gute Restaurants mit dem Rad erreichen kann. Vor allem für Mountain-Bikes gibt es viele Möglichkeiten auf der Insel und die Strassen sind auch wenig befahren.

Es waren fantastische Tage…..

Wir haben die Tage in Ugljan sehr genossen. Das Haus ist fantastisch, jedes Schlafzimmer klimatisiert mit eigenem Bad, in der Küche alles da, alle hatten Platz am großen Küchentisch. Draußen eine schöne Terrasse und der Pool wurde 24/7 genutzt ;)! Der Kontakt war sehr nett und immer bemüht, wenn irgendwas war. Vielen lieben Dank, wir werden es weiter empfehlen!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

das Haus mit Pool und Whirlpool lässt keine Wünsche offen. Am Besten ist aber der tolle Meerblick! Der Strand ist auch sehr schön.
