Welcome to 202 West! This beautifully designed two-bedroom, two-bath, beachfront condo offers 1,450 square feet of living space with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico from the master bedroom, living areas and outdoor balcony.

Guest luxury and comfort is evident with a plush bed topper in the French Caribbean themed master bedroom. The spacious master bath has a whirlpool tub, separate glass-enclosed shower, double vanity and large walk-in closet.

The fully appointed kitchen includes an eat-in breakfast area, Keurig & standard coffee makers, ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

An outdoor balcony provides space for outdoor dining with a teakwood table and chairs. There are plenty of beach chairs, toys and a wagon in the outdoor closet for some fun in the sun.

202 West is located steps away from one of Martinique’s beautiful pool and grilling areas. The 4,200 acre Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge east of Martinique includes 3 miles of mandated undeveloped beach making time on the beach more peaceful with less crowds and plenty of birds and sea life to appreciate.

Relax & rejuvenate as you soak in the natural beauty of the Gulf combined with plenty of light and comforting surroundings.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Martinique was a great place to stay that wasn’t super crowded. I loved that the beach wasn’t crazy busy and that the pool wasn’t either. I would like to see a few umbrellas or some shade at the pool though. 202W was very clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. We will definitely be back.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Martinique 202W. No, the condo is well appointed, with a nice balcony and beautiful view of the dunes, beach, and the Gulf of Mexico from the living room, master bedroom, and master bath. The pool and work out facility is first class. When you were at Martinique on the golf, you feel like you’re in the islands. The private beach that borders the BonsSecours wildlife refuge is unbelievably gorgeous.

There needs to be some update in indoor pool facility as well as new chairs and cushion for both pools. The only issue we had with 202W was the patio furniture. Needs to be updated and possibly higher table and chairs so you can get full view of the beautiful beach. Also bedding needs some improvement.

However, the interior units are dark. I would suggest the owners paint the unit a lighter color to optimize what light is available. Along with upgraded and updated furnishings would make a huge difference. It also needs to be deep cleaned.

Beautiful views from the master bedroom,living room and patio added to the pleasure of our vacation. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make a snack or meal. One additional item I would like to see at the resort is a walkway from the boardwalk over the thick sand to the chair setup. My husband who recently had surgery and myself included had difficulty walking to our chairs in the thick sand. All the staff at the resort was very friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay and will return to beautiful Martinique.

My only complaint is it really needed a deep cleaning. It was cleaned before we arrived but the shower had black mold around it. During our second stay, the pantry was locked and I thought that was strange. We had to put all of our groceries on the counter. But we absolutely love Martinique and plan to be back.

Was very nice and clean however we encountered 2 roaches in the place - we have come to Martinique for years and have never had that happen. I did bring this to the attention of the front desk. Also I have a problem with paying such a high cleaning fee and then having to remove sheets from the beds. Seems towels are brought in by some service so the cleaning ladies do not have to fool with that. We always leave our units as clean as possible.

It was well stocked for the beach complete with beach wagon to haul all of the beach toys. They even have beach chairs so no need to bring or buy. The kitchen appliances were all in working order, however oven and dishwasher were in need of attention. Martinique was happy to send someone over to address the issue (doors on the dishwasher and the oven need attention) but we didn't want maintenance persons in the condo during our visit so we told them it could wait until after our stay. We would definitely stay in 202W and at Martinique again! LOVED our vacation!!

Beautiful beach and not crowded at all. Easy parking, very nice pool - property very nice! I do wish there had been a ceiling fan on the balcony- maybe could have kept some of the mosquitos away and keep the balcony even more enjoyable. Another perk would have been a real ice maker... the one in our freezer did not work; and if a separate ice maker had been in the unit it would have just added that "extra" that you can really enjoy. The manager did bring us a bag of ice which was nice though.

Very safe and accommodating to families with children. It is out of town about 15 minutes which made it hard arriving at night and not having groceries for the next day. There was not much at the nearby shops. Plan ahead and pick up groceries on way into resort. Pool/ hotub area was very clean. The stairs to the condos were being painted in stages when we were there and were a bit messy looking. Otherwise property was great. We loved our condo, it was very nicely decorated with every appliance , dish etc we needed. . Great view of the beach and preserve

A friendly security guard greets you at the entrance to this property and their presence was noted as they consistently made their rounds of the property. Our grandchildren could ride their scooters-bikes easily and safely. We had to call a plumber to our unit. No fault of the unit. He was VERY prompt and handled the problem without issues. The beach chair rental was great. 202 West was very well decorated, kitchen stocked well with utensils/ cooking pots, pans, skillets. A griddle was provided along with a Keurig and Mr Coffee unit. Restaurants: Sassy Bass-A+, Tacky Jack’s-C, Neptune’s- A, Desotos- A+. This beach is a little less crowded, which we like. Would recommend and stay in this unit again. Check in was easy. The checkin time was kind of late, at 5pm but we were able to get in a little early. We were Notified by email of code for our unit. Checkout was fairly early at 9 am. * NOTE* One set of checkout instructions, per written contract, contradicted the instructions found on the refrigerator. (Stripping of bed/towels) I think next time we might get a corner unit for a larger patio area.Again, can’t say enough good things about the security guards. Thank you for making our stay wonderful.

Fabulous Ocean Front Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views from this unit are amazing and the patio looks out over the sand dunes and ocean. We loved that you could see the view from both the living area and the master bedroom. It brought the outside in. The location of the unit is great because you can walk back up to the unit to use the restroom or grab a snack and run right back down to the beach. The unit is also close to the pool. The pool area and the grounds were clean and well kept. We really loved that there is a National Wildlife Refuge next door so not only were there very few people on the beach, but we got to watch the birds flying over the beach. Fabulous location!!
