Nestled in the heart of Itchenor, one of West Sussex’s most picturesque waterside villages, this home offers the best of both tranquil countryside charm and easy access to the coast.

Itchenor itself is a renowned sailing village, with a beautiful harbour, stunning walks along Chichester Harbour, and a peaceful, upmarket atmosphere. Just a 2-minute drive (or scenic 20-minute stroll) brings you to the waterfront – perfect for paddleboarding, sailing, or simply soaking in the views.

Although you can walk to Itchenor waterfront and local amenities. We strongly recommend that you arrive in a car as it will give you much freedom to explore and enjoy the beautiful West Sussex area.

The pool is heated from 1 April to 7 September, and can remain open until the end of October for an additional heating charge—please enquire before booking if you’d like this option.



★ ALL ADULT PARTIES ★



Please note: We don’t accept all-adult group bookings. The house is set up primarily for families and mixed groups, and some of the single beds are smaller and better suited to children or teens. If you’re unsure whether your group is a good fit, feel free to message us before booking.

Our property’s quiet hours (10pm to 8am) are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep.
