The villa cleaners and pool maintenance was amazing however the villa is run down needs some maintenance- hot water system runs constantly and not quiet - issues with water not working and pressure in shower is pretty much non existent. Air conditioner failed several times in 2 of the bedrooms. Location is amazing but so close to Bintang supermarket and the bakery is great atmosphere and food.

Girls trip to bali

Lovely little villa tucked away with easy access to Bintang supermarket and short walk to double six beach. Host was responsive to requests (ie a request for umbrelllas, a very loud nocturnal frog) Housekeeper was lovely and friendly.

Great spot

We are a family of 5 and really enjoyed staying at this villa for 6 nights. It's in a good spot near all the action of Seminyak but also quiet and secluded. Pool was refreshing and well maintained. Good size rooms with air conditioning that provided a good mix of indoor cool and outdoor heat in the open kitchen/lounge. Happy to recommend.

We just spent 10 days at Villa London and we can safely say we will be back. Pool was nice and clean, our house keeper was so lovely and worked really hard. Our stay went smoothly. We had a problem with the AC for one night but we messaged and within 45 minutes we had 3 guys at the villa fixing it. We couldn’t recommend this place more. Thank you everyone at Villa London for making our stay the best!

Nice clean villa in great location

Nice villa in seminyak 5 min walk to Bintang supermarket and The Orchard Pub which had good variety of food. We were met on the night we arrived by the villa owner who welcomed us with ice tea and some fruit after the flight with 4 kids. The also have filtered water and were happy to provide a wooden cot with comfy mattress for a small cost. The villa was cleaned daily and they also have a gardener and pool cleaner in to make sure we have everything we needed. The villa owner was also contactable via whatsapp making it easy to organise transport to and from airport etc.

Villa London

We had an amazing time at our villa and highly recommend staying here! It’s in a great location, close to the main street in Seminyak and the grocery store. Our manager Idham was extremely friendly and helpful, easy to contact and helped us with anything we needed. Any time we needed a driver for our group of 7, we just had to say the word. Sujana drove us to Ubud for the day and was a great navigator. Raigan (sp.) drove us to the northern part of the island and was a very knowledgeable guide and told us a lot about Bali and knew where everything was! We enjoyed everything! Thank you for a lovely stay.

3 days in Bali

The location was good. Serene and peaceful. The master room air conditioning did not work. The safe did not work. They fixed it on day 2. The bathroom in room 1 needs some cleaning and care. There was a bad odor in that room/bathroom. Overall still had a lot of bugs/ spiders and webs. Water pressure was low. Kitchen was good. There was no microwave and this would have helped.. Pool was nice and clean.

Needs some care

Good location but sadly Villa could use a really good clean. Covers on indoor lounge and chairs all badly marked along with floors and kitchen needing a good scrub. Disappointed that blood on steps and grass matting really needs replacing. The staircase to forth bedroom is really steep which was fine for us but elderly or children this would be dangerous. Bathroom gels etc all empty and needed to ask fur towels to be changed half way through our 6 day stay. Pool was kept lovely and clean. This is constructive recommendations for management of the property to make improvements as villa is in good location but needs a makeover.

Dear Sue, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay at Villa London as we do appreciate constructive feedback from our guests in an effort to becoming better. Firstly we would like to sincerely apologize for any inconveniences you experienced. We are glad to hear that you found the location convenient and the pool lovely and clean. However, we deeply regret the issues you encountered with the villa. Your feedback has highlighted a few areas for improvement. We would like to assure you that all necessary steps have already been taken to ensure that all your comments have been properly addressed with our housekeeping team to ensure that the villa is well-maintained. The grass matting has been replaced, and the steps have been thoroughly cleaned. We are also working on making the steep staircase safer and more accessible for all guests. We have also made sure to keep our bathroom amenities fully stocked and have improved our system to ensure that towels and other necessities are readily available throughout our guests' stays. Thank you again for your feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide you with an enhanced experience of your stay. Best regards, Northern Estate

Excellent location; Mediocre Communication

Overall the villa is very clean, tidy, and well located if you want to be near the hustle and bustle of Seminyak without the noise. The most difficult part of this booking was the comms via WhatsApp. Intermittent is probably the best way to describe it, and miscommunication was problematic, especially when trying to organise 3rd party catering for a birthday party. Also, when we met one of the managers on arrival he seemed intent on giving us the fastest brief of the property so that he could leave. The villa itself is really beautiful and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. One point to note is that the stairs to the upper bedroom are extremely steep, more suitable for light teenagers than a bunch of 130kg+ Māori boys from New Zealand! Yuni was wonderful, especially when it came to helping to organise and deliver a birthday cake for the bday boy. She was awesome! Would definitely stay again!

Dear Joshua, Thank you for choosing our Villa for your accommodation during your holidays and for taking sometime to give us a review of your experience. We are delighted to know that you enjoyed the location of the villa, its cleanliness and the services provided from our staff in organizing your birthday party. We also would like to apologize for any inconvenience due to miscommunication with the team on organizing your holidays and the problem with the stairs. We are always looking for ways to improve our guest experience and your feedback is valuable in helping us identify areas for improvement. Kindly note that we do have alternative communication channels but we are also actively searching for new methods which will further facilitate an effortless communication. Regarding the stairs, we have already taken measures to minimize any potential risks. Thank you again for your feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide you with an enhanced experience of your stay. Best regards, Northern Estate
