The villa was great. We had 2 families and didn't feel on top of each other. They were able to organise a cot, pool fencing, and fencing around the open lounge for an extra (reasonable) cost. Cleaners came everyday and for the pool too. The communication with the host was amazing, always fast. The location of the villa was the best. In a quiet pocket but easy access to everything. Supermarket wasn't far away, with a great Cafe next to it. The only negative I could highlight is that all beds were pretty stiff, so we didn't sleep very well. But everything else was amazing and highly recommended.

Great villa

It was a really pleasure to stay to this villa. We were well welcomed. Every day, cleaning is made and the villa is near to the beach (15min walk). The communication was also very simple with the host. I recommend.

Worth while choosing this property

It was an easy check in and the staff were super friendly and helpful the house was big and spacious for our group of 10 people and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Room 4 however did not come with a key and the bed was very uncomfortable. Other than that it was a great stay. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

Dear Kean, Thank you for your wonderful review and for choosing our property! We’re thrilled to hear that you found the check-in process easy and our staff friendly and helpful. It’s great to know that the house was spacious and comfortable for your group of 10. We appreciate your feedback regarding the bedroom. We are happy that the issue with the key was immediately resolved as you've been provided with a key. Since this is the first time we had an issue with the bed mattress please rest assured that we will review the condition and the type of mattress in the specific bedroom in an effort to ensure the best possible comfort for all our guests. Thank you for recommending our property. We look forward to welcoming you back for another great stay. Warm regards, Northern Estate

Love, love, loved this property, 6 bedrooms which were generous sized, the 4 bathrooms were good sized, the pool was terrific, great location in small laneway network, which made for a short walk to 2 big shopping streets, easy to get car or bike from Main Street (can be hard for cars to maneuver easily) not far from Bintang supermarket (5minute walk). Pool maintenance and housekeeping came everyday and Northern Estate who managed the property were so easy to contact and quick to respond to any questions. Had an absolutely fantastic holiday staying at Villa Berlin, happy to recommend

Perfect Location

Overall we had a great stay at Villa Berlin! The location of this property was perfect, a few minutes walk to main streets, restaurants & Bintang supermarket. There was plenty of room for our party of 10 & the outdoor setting was our favourite part of the Villa. The villa itself is great however is a little tired & dated. The filtered water was well received. The management of the Villa were very attentive & helpful.

Amazing stay

Clean, as per photos, nothing disappointed. Idham was available for anything we needed from airport pick up, tours and transfers to other accommodation, he even sorted our transfers AFTER we had left the villa and needed to get back to the airport from another part of Bali. Close to a main street, but also some fantastic local places (2 minute walk to great and cheap nasi goreng). Quiet, not on main street so secluded and safe, while not being far from all you need. Wifi, clean water, amenities all great Daily Cleaners were incredible and helpful, very friendly. Asked them to get some small things for us or how we could get them and they always delivered with no complaint or extra cost. Overall the stay was great and I would definitely stay again.

March 2023 birthday

We had a great stay. Firstly, all the staff were super lovely and accommodating. Great to communicate with, kind, helpful, etc. Property was very clean and the cold drinking water machine was something i didnt know i needed in bali life, but we most certainly did. Maybe the decor is a little more dated than the photos however i think thats just standard everywhere in bali. The 6 bedrooms were great, plenty of room for all of us to hang out and stay. Location was excellent, close to the bintang supermarket, restaurants, beach. The place does come up in google maps too which was very helpful and a car can drive right to the door, even though they may not. We appreciate you having us there :)

Villa berlin stay

Villa was very functional, fridge didnt get cold at all. No hot water past 8pm every night for some weird reason. Font door lock broke and we had no water in all bathrooms for one whole day. Had to keep calling the maintenance team. Over all very nice place to stay probably wont go back again due to these reasons above

Dear Adam, Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay at Villa Berlin. We’re delighted to hear that you found the villa functional and enjoyed your overall experience. Our effort is to continuously improve the level of our services and ensure our guests’ ultimate convenience and satisfaction during their stay. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the fridge not cooling properly. This was the result of overloading the fridge and was quickly resolved by adjusting the temperature settings to ensure it operates efficiently. The brief interruption in water supply to the bathrooms was an isolated incident. Our diligent maintenance team resolved it quickly. The front door lock issue was unexpected, but our team promptly repaired it to ensure your safety and convenience. Thank you once again for your good review and constructive comments. Very disappointed With the service taps dripping all night meant a pump was continuously cutting in

This place is not the quality of the advertising material used it is old and run down lack of maintenance created sleepless nights as the water pump kept cutting in the up stairs bathroom couldn’t be used as grey water would fill the bathroom The downstairs bathroom toilet had to be turned off as it kept running The kitchen sink tap continuously dripped The place needs a good clean The last few day the cleaning staff didn’t bother to leave clean towels and where there for very short period of time This was reported but nothing was done

Thank you for staying with us, Janne. We're sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your stay as much as we thought you would. When you arrived you expressed your complaints about the amount of money you paid for your stay and the expectations you had for the villa. However, we tried throughout your stay to make your experience as good as possible. We responded promptly to your every request and tried to satisfy them all. The satisfaction of our guests is always our priority. Unfortunately the problem you had with the bathroom was not shared with us until your departure, otherwise we would have sent our staff to fix it. We will take your feedback into consideration to further improve our villas. You are always welcome!

Christmas stay

This was our first visit to Bali and an experience with this Villa. The Villa is lovely and extremely well cared for by the property manager and the daily service staff. We also hired the chef for a couple of days over Christmas and the service and the food was exceptional. All communication leading up to and during our stay was promptly dealt with and nothing was too much trouble. There was only 1 downside to our stay. I hadn't really understood how open air the Villa was and how this might be an issue during the wet season. This is an oversight on my part. Open air bathrooms and open living during torrential rain did cause some minor challenges as rain swept in sideways in to the seating areas making it uncomfortable to sit at times and the tiled floor slippery. Some retractable blinds closing off the rain would have helped here and we offer this as a suggestion. However apart from this one thing the Villa was well cared for, as described and we had a great stay, thank you.
