Charming seaside villa with private heated swimming pool, hydromassage jets, and panoramic sea view, located just outside Split. Surrounded by a private vineyard, this peaceful property offers privacy, comfort, and easy access to beaches, restaurants, and historic attractions.
The villa accommodates up to 8 guests and features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and lounge with direct access to the terrace and pool. One king-size bedroom with en suite bathroom is also located on this level, ideal for guests who prefer stair-free access.
Upstairs, the master bedroom includes a king-size bed and private bathroom. Two twin bedrooms (90x200 cm, convertible into double beds) share a modern bathroom. A spacious balcony offers stunning views of the Adriatic Sea, Split, and the Dalmatian islands.
The outdoor area includes a heated swimming pool with electrolysis system, hydromassage features, sun loungers, umbrellas, and a shaded lounge area. Guests can enjoy a traditional stone summer kitchen with wood barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining.

High-end vacation!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay! The villa was lovely and clean and the hosts were very accommodating and helpful. Honestly couldn’t fault anything about it- thoroughly enjoyable and will definitely recommend. Will be back I’m sure!

Great stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The house and its surroundings are truly stunning, offering a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. The hosts were incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. The layout of the house is perfect for a group of eight people, with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy comfortably. Everything is beautifully furnished, well maintained, and of a very high standard. We highly recommend this property and would love to return in the future.

Extraordinary journey!

Karlo & Ivana where the most amazing host, the villa was extremely beautiful and had breath taking views. The host also made us feel at home. There was 8 of us and we all had enough space. Would definitely recommend !.

Major-league holiday!

Ivana and Karlo were the most amazing hosts we could have hoped for! Their kindness, care, and hospitality went far beyond what we expected, and we are truly grateful for everything they did to make our stay special. The villa itself was fantastic — modern, beautifully designed, spotless, and completely private, with all amenities in perfect working order. They were always quick to respond whenever we needed anything, came by to clean the pool, and even helped us with the barbecue. We felt so well taken care of and completely at home. Great stay!

Wir waren für 8 Tage im Haus und waren zu 8. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag hat alles gepasst. Der Host ist sehr gut zu erreichen und sehr freundlich. Bezüglich Aktivitäten kann der Host auch einiges vorschlagen und hat immer jemanden an der Hand oder eine Webseite für weiter Infos. Alles in Allem hat alles gestimmt, wir sind sehr zufrieden und können es nur empfehlen.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in deze prachtige villa in Kroatië. De villa is werkelijk schitterend: ruim, luxe, ontzettend schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles is met veel zorg en aandacht ingericht en zowel binnen als buiten is het een heerlijke plek om volledig tot rust te komen. Wat ons verblijf vooral bijzonder maakte, waren Ivana en Karlo. Vanaf het eerste moment voelden we ons ontzettend welkom. Ze zijn enorm vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam en staan altijd voor je klaar wanneer je iets nodig hebt. Je merkt aan alles hoeveel aandacht en liefde ze in de villa en in hun gasten steken. We hebben hier samen met ons gezin een fantastische tijd gehad en kijken met veel plezier terug op onze vakantie. Dit is absoluut een plek die we iedereen kunnen aanraden die op zoek is naar een mooie, luxe en ontspannen vakantie in Kroatie!

Special place!

Me kunne ikkje fått betre vertskap enn Ivana og Karlo. Dei var svært imøtekommande og hyggelege. Dei gjorde alt for at opphaldet vårt vart perfekt. Huset har gjennomgåande høg standard og oppfylte absolutt våre forventningar. Det er god plass til to familiar og me hadde alle fasilitetar. Huset ligg vakkert plassert med olivenlunder og vinranker som næraste naboar. Nydeleg basseng med behageleg hydromassasje. To minuttar å køyra til næraste matbutikk og 10 minuttar til strand. Me vil anbefala plassen på det varmaste og kjem gjerne tilbake.
