We bought and completely restored Le Pigeonnier des Louanes in 2013., a beautiful stone house built on vaults in the 18th century.

The Maison des Vignes is set on 2 levels on a hillside. It overlooks the wine valley and enjoys a magnificent view from which you enjoy every room of the house.
Its terrace overlooks the garden with dry stone walls, facing the old bread oven and close to the source.
The House of Vines is a charming cottage 3 stars for 4 people with quality services, and contemporary furnishings.
The property covers 2500 m2 of hills in a peaceful hamlet of Balazuc.
You will benefit from a beautiful swimming pool (12m50 by 4m) to share with the other 2 rentals.

The house has 1 living room and 2 bedrooms with bathrooms.
Terrace and garden not closed.
Private parking

You will be able to go on foot in 15mn to Balazuc, village of character classified more beautiful village of France for hiking trails or by a small picturesque road.
You can also fish or swim in the river Ardèche accessible in 15 minutes walk from the hamlet.
Lastly, you will be able to access the nearby greenway, a bicycle and pedestrian path on the old railway line, running 25 km between Vogüe and Grospierre via Ruoms.

Many activities are practicable nearby: hiking, canoeing, mountain biking, climbing, caving, canyoning, horse riding ....
We are located 15 km from the Gorges de l'Ardèche and the Cave of Pont d'Arc, faithful reconstruction of the Cave Chauvet and 6 km from Ruoms.

A great holiday

We enjoyed a peacefull holiday. The appartement was perfect for our family. The description on the website fits well. Everything indoors and outdoors was clean and in good condition. The kids enjoyed the pool a lot. The Ardeche region has a lot to offer. Veronique, the landlord, was very friendly and helpful and gave suggestions for trips in French and English.

Richtig schön!

Unsere Erwartungen wurden vor Ort sogar noch übertroffen. Schon bei der Ankunft gaben uns die Gastgeber mit ihrer sehr freundlichen und herzlichen Art ein gutes Gefühl. Beim gemeinsamen Check der Unterkunft war dann klar, dass wir uns hier sehr wohlfühlen werden! So war es dann auch, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wundervolle Zeit

Kurz nach der Hauptsaison kann man in der Ardèche eine tolle Zeit verbringen. Radfahren, Wandern und Baden, am Abend zurück in das Haus mit dem tollen Blick über die Weinberge.

Excellent séjour à Balazuc

Accueil soigné des propriétaires très sympathiques et très avenants . Peu avares de bon renseignements dans un gîte confortable et aménagé simplement avec goût . Un plus la grande piscine au calme avec tout le confort nécessaire. Un tout grand merci à Valerie et à son mari.

Een prima appartement in een zeer rustige omgeving, met een paar toeristische attracties vlakbij.

Deze vakantiewoning met nagenoeg privé zwembad is gelegen in een zeer rustige omgeving met uitzicht op wijnvelden. De toegang tot de verblijven is ongeschikt voor gehandicapten. De toegang tot de verblijven vergt nogal wat inspanningen, er zijn geen leuningen om je te ondersteunen zowel binnen als buiten. Ook met de auto vergt het nogal wat inspanningen. Ondanks dat hebben we er een fijn verblijf gehad.

Ruhiger Bade- und Wanderurlaub

Erholsamer, sportlich aktiver und zugleich ruhiger Bade- und Wanderurlaub bei heißen Temperaturen. Unterkunft ist mit allen nötigen Dingen ausgestattet. Stilvoll eingerichtet, nur die Treppe und der Querbalken im Obergeschoss sind kleine Barrieren, die den Komfort geringfügig einschränken. Dies wird aber durch die Klimaanlage und die Freundlichkeit der Vermieterin ausgeglichen.

Großartige Lage und Traumwohnung-/Haus

Wir waren total begeistert. Die Vermieterin hat uns herzlich und total nett empfangen. Sie hat uns viele Tips gegeben. Das Haus ist wunderschön mit einem erstklassigen Pool. Das ganze Anwesen und das Haus ist sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wir kommen gerne wieder.!!!

Ruhige Lage, tolle Vermieter, geschmackvolle Wohnung, ein Traum!

Ein ganz toller Urlaub für uns! Der Empfang war persönlich, sehr nett und richtig liebevoll. Die Vermieter haben uns nicht nur die Wohnung, sondern auch das Drumherum ausführlich erklärt, uns gleich erste Tips für den Urlaub gegeben, und uns damit einen ganz tollen Empfang beschert! Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Auch zwischendurch konnten wir jederzeit fragen und haben weiter tollen Tips und Ideen abseits der ausgetretenen Pfade bekommen. Wunderbar! Die Wohnung war ebenso toll! Auf zwei Stockwerken, sehr modern und individuell gestaltet, toll in das 300 Jahre alte Haus integriert. Die Terrasse war unser Lieblingsort! Selbst als es richtig heißt wurde, konnten wir da immer angenehm sitzen; die Kinder haben den tollen, top gepflegten Pool unsicher gemacht. Die Küche hatte alles was wir brauchten, die Ausstattung hat bei uns keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Die Klimaanlage haben wir nicht oft benutzt, aber wenn -- war sie sehr angenehm! Internet funktioniert zuverlässig. Die Lage war für uns 4 perfekt. Sehr ruhig und idyllisch, und trotzdem war alles schnell erreichbar. Zu Fuß nach Balazuc in 20min, zu einer schönen Badestelle an der Ardèche in 15min, der nächste Winzer quasi nebenan (die Kellerführung hat Spaß gemacht). Der nächste Bäcker in ca 4km Entfernung -- eine kurze Fahrradrunde am Morgen. Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder!

Ardeche immer wieder schön.

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung, der Pool und die Umgebung - einfach traumhaft. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Jolie vue sur les vignes

Belle propriété , dommage que l'entretien de l'intérieur ne soit pas au rendez-vous. Mauvaise surprise aussi de découvrir les scorpions jusque dans la maison , même s'ils sont inoffensifs nous aurions aimé être prévenu.

Entspannte Tage an der Ardeche

Das Anwesen ist wunderbar gelegen und von den Vermietern mit Bedacht renoviert, so dass jede der drei Wohnungen eine Privatsphäre hat. Unser Sitzplatz vor der Wohnung war schattig, und so konnten wir alle Mahlzeiten im freien zu uns nehmen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Toll ist auch der Pool und die Nähe zu allen möglichen Attraktionen wie kleine Städtchen, die Ardeche, das Museum Chauvet2 und Pont d'Arc. Unsere Woche war wunderbar entspannt. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war unkompliziert und freundlich.,

Sejour très très agréable

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Tout était parfait ! La maison est très belle, très pratique, bien décorée. Le jardin et la piscine sont très bien entretenus. Les Louanes se trouvent à 20 minutes de marche de Balazuc via un petit sentier, la rivière est également juste à côté. La région est magnifique avec beaucoup de belles choses à voir et beaucoup d'activités à faire. La voie verte passant tout à côté est très appréciable pour les balades et courses en vélo. Les propriétaires sont charmants, très accueillants et disponibles. Nous avons vraiment passé de très bonnes vacances que ce soit les enfants, les ados ou les parents :)

Wunderschöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Balazuc mit unserer Familie verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt am Rande einer kleinen Ansammlung von Gebäuden. Sie ist liegt wunderschön ruhig und man hat einen schönen Blick ins Grüne. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und auch in der Ferienwohnung blieben keine Wünsche unerfüllt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist traumhaft, da man trotz der Ruhe, sehr schnell viele touristische Ziele mit dem Auto innerhalb von 15-35min erreichen kann. Auch gibt es in wenigen Autominuten entfernt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel. Insgesamt eine Top Empfehlung!

Excellent séjour

Un excellent séjour dans un cadre très agréable et un accueil très sympathique. Le gîte est charmant, la terrasse ombragée, la piscine très agréable, notamment en retour de promenade. Enfin, la possibilité d'aller se baigner dans l'Ardèche, à pied, est appréciable.

Vacances au calme et cadre idyllique.

La crise du covid était pour nous une belle occasion de passer des vacances inoubliables tout en se coupant de son quotidien, dans un cadre idyllique qui joue la carte de la sécurité ainsi que l'élégance et du confort contemporain. L’accueil de Veronique et Philippe est chaleureux, généreux et le service est irréprochable. Nous revenons chaque année enchantés.

Superbe endroit pour se reposer en famille.

Très beau gîte meublé magnifique piscine superbe endroit pour des promenades de fin d’après-midi possibilité d’aller à Balazuc à pied en 20 minutes très bien situé pour visiter tous les environs avec les plus beaux sites environ 30 minutes de voiture propriétaire très sympa nous reviendrons merci à vous

Idyllique

Nous avons passé des vacances superbes dans un cadre idyllique , calme, en pleine nature. Il est un excellent point de départ pour des balades à vélo, des promenades et de belles découvertes en voiture. L'accueil à notre arrivée a été d'une très grande gentillesse et la mise à disposition de la maison a été très bien expliquée. Nous n'avons que des compliments à faire. La maison est très confortable, spacieuse avec de belles finitions, une belle terrasse, un jardin enchanteur et une belle piscine sécurisée. Aucun point négatif. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
