Cottage 4 to 5 people located in southern Ardèche. Southern climate assured. The cottage is quietly located with private pool and breathtaking views of the Chassezac Valley. The place is ideal to relax and forget his daily worries. Petanque.
Composed of 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, living room, kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, tv, wifi.
5 minutes from Les Vans. Many shops and restaurants. Near the cottage, many marked hiking, mountain biking, canoeing and equestrian sports.
At 30 minutes, you will discover the villages of La Beaume, Balazuc and Vogue. Many Provencal markets. Very beautiful region for nature lovers. 40 minutes from Chauvet Cave.

Tolle Unterkunft mit herrlicher Aussicht, selbst vom Pool aus! Komplett ausgestattet, nur Auflagen für die Poolliegen fehlen. Sehr nette und zurückhaltende Gastgeber. Nah genug an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Ardeche, Wanderwege direkt vom Haus aus. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen, besonders das Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit der schönen Aussicht.

Sehr nette und diskrete Besitzer. Haus auf dem Berg, Ausblick umwerfend schön. Küche gut ausgestattet, zusätzlich Müsli-Schalen wären nicht schlecht. Schaufel mit Besen fehlt. Grundstück drumherum etwas ungepflegt, unebene Fläche über der Abwassergrube, Unkraut auf der Boulebahn. Pool topp!Leider nur Betten mit 1,40 m und nur 1 Decke für zwei. Bei "Queenbett" könnte man auch 1,60 m erwarten. 1,40 m ist einfach zu schmal. Besser als französisches Bett beschreiben. Deshalb haben 2 von uns (4 Erwachsene) im Kinderzimmer im Doppelstockbett geschlafen. Wir bekamen netterweise zusätzlich noch einen Bettbezug für eine weitere Decke. Für Erwachsene in unserem Alter ist das nichts. Kein angenehmes Wohnen. Im Ki-Zi auch kein Nachttisch oder -lampe. Sehr einfache Möbel, offenes Regal als Schrank, Schublade funktioniert nicht. Im Bad: Dusche hat am Boden Schimmel / Verfärbungen. Wandfliesen und Waschbecken wirken neu. Ablage über dem Waschbecken hinderlich, wenn man sein Gesicht waschen will! Mit einer Ausnahme, einem Haken, keine Möglichkeit, Handtücher aufzuhängen.Unverständlich, dass Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Geschirrtücher nicht inklusive sind. Völlig unverständlich, dass die Reinigung nicht automatisch inklusive ist! Man will im Urlaub nicht nochmal extra zahlen. Das gibt's in Europa wirklich nur in Frankreich. Hat das etwas mit der Steuer zu tun?Ardèche und Chassezac super schön! Unbedingt Kanu fahren!

Gite conforme aux photos, en pleine nature, voiture indispensable.Vue magnifique,piscine géniale, les enfants s'y eclatent meme s'il faut faire attention car profondeur au moins 1m40 partout.Randonnées balisées partout dans le coin. Je recommande a 100% pour des vacances loin de la foule.

Perdu dans la pampa ardéchoise (mais à environ 10 min des commerces et du beau village de Les Vans) avec une vue magnifique. Calme et chant des cigales au rendez-vous, plus la piscine pour se détendre et se rafraîchir. Les propriétaires sont à côté (donc facilement disponibles). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le lieu et les environs (même si peut être un peu loin des sites de Chauvet/ Vallon Pont d'Arc etc.).

Un super sejour pour oublier tous ses tracas du quotidien

Nous avons etaient accueillis par le propriétaire tres sympatique. Une petite maison charmente avec sa terrasse donnant vu sur les montagnes. Nous avons pus profiter de la piscine tous les jours. Ces vacances nous ont permis a moi et mon mari de nous faire des souvenirs inoubliables et nous y retournerons avec joie !!

Wat een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen

Het huisje is simpel, maar heel volledig ingericht. En als het lekker weer is ben je buiten. Terrein is groot met heerlijk zwembad. Eigenaren wonen ernaast maar die hebben we nauwelijks gezien. Uitzicht is geweldig! Gelukkig konden we beddengoed lenen, want dat hadden we in de advertentie over het hoofd gezien. Bed is wat smal, maar ach als dat het ergste is. Wij hebben het heerlijk gehad!

Prachtige locatie

Hoog gelegen in de bergen, maar makkelijk bereikbaar. Dorp Les Vans is goed bereikbaar met de auto en van alles voorzien (bakker, supermarkt, etc.) Huis is eenvoudig, maar schoon en voldoende ingericht.
