New 3 bedroom condo. Unit is located on the first floor and has all the comforts that one would need in there home away from home. Fully loaded kitchen, Cable TV, Wireless Internet, A/C, Local Phone, Water Heater and Inverter incase power goes out. Located across the street from 3 beautiful beaches and steps away from the famous Laguna GriGri. Guests are permitted to use the gazebo located on the 3rd floor which has beautiful sunset and ocean views and a BBQ grill.

My wife is from Rio San Juan and her family lives close by. We enjoy bringing our kids to use the condo a few times a year. The beaches are beautiful and the sunsets are amazing every night.
