• All mattresses new as of Summer 2025, with goose down bedding, mattress toppers, and crisp Egyptian cotton linen washed in sensitive detergent. Fluffy bath and hand towels provided.
• Bedroom 1: Super-king bed, wardrobe, cosy armchair, and a window seat overlooking the courtyard.
• Bedroom 2: Configurable as a super-king or twin room. Double wardrobe and courtyard-facing window seat.
• Bedroom 3: Single bunk beds, chest of drawers/desk, Samsung Art TV (doubles as a work-from-home screen), PlayStation 4, and office chair. Window seat overlooks a quiet rear shared footpath. Fitted with blackout blind.

📝 Other Things to Note
• Burrow Cott sits within a traditional working Cornish community. The cottage shares a quiet access path with a few neighbouring properties, and while you’ll have the house and courtyard entirely to yourself, the cottage is part of a row of traditional cottages. You may occasionally see a friendly local or a passing dog walker.
• Our property is dog friendly - with many of our neighbours also owning dogs. you might hear an occasional woof!
• The cottage is a recently renovated Grade II-listed historic property, full of charming quirks and character
• Steep staircase – may not be suitable for small children or those with mobility issues
• Low ceilings and door frames throughout – please mind your head!
• Shower height is limited: guests over 5’8” will need to bathe rather than stand
