The laundry is also situated behind sliding cupboards, complete with washer and dryer. The dining area seats up to six guests, and full-width bi-folding doors open out to a patio and private garden with outdoor seating - perfect for summer evenings.
Upstairs on the first floor is a family bathroom with shower over bath, sink, and loo. The room next to the bathroom will be closed off and not available to guests. The spacious master bedroom, facing the front of the house, includes a king-size bed and wardrobe, with pleasant views onto the street.
On the top floor, guests will find a second bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and loo. A bright double bedroom overlooks the garden and offers plenty of storage.
