A beautiful five-bedroom Victorian home spread over four floors, combining original period features with all the comforts of modern living. With high ceilings, hardwood floors, a cosy log burner and plenty of space for families or groups, there’s room for everyone to settle in.
The heart of the house is the bright open-plan kitchen and living area, with Crittall-style doors opening onto a private garden. There’s also a separate office, Sonos, wine fridge, induction hob and underfloor heating throughout the ground floor and bathrooms.

All five bedrooms are spacious doubles, with two bedrooms on the top floor sharing a bathroom. For families, there are kids’ toys, a ping pong table and a Peloton treadmill, as well as off-street parking.




The house is in a quiet residential area, just a 3-minute walk from Kensal Rise and around 10 minutes from Queen’s Park. Central London is about 20 minutes away by train.
