The flat is in excellent condition, very well-equipped and is in a great location for Southbourne beach and the surrounding area. Perfect for a family holiday! Host communication is very good. The dedicated parking spot is also a bonus!

The flat was great, very clean we new there was lots of stairs and there was there is 37 but we found after a few days we never notice and there is parking for one car but you can park on the road it was very quiet we are going to come back soon from Pat , Robin from Oxford Oxfordshire
