I think it was on me when booking: I missed that there was no air conditioning or dryer facility, and in high summer the glass-house setup made for a warmer-than-expected unit. Aside from that, the location was perfect for our needs, the neighborhood was friendly, and the local trails and pub made for a great contrast compared to the hustle of city life. I would consider returning, albeit in a colder month and time of year ;-)
