The caravan was spotlessly clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. The shower leaked a bit and was difficult to control the temperature but no biggy really. We paid extra for passes to the site facilities. We used the clubhouse for food and drinks, pool etc. well worth the little extra. Alison was a great host with quick and easy communication. Would recommend

Our stay was fine and the home was comfortable, very clean and tidy. We did not use the facilities in the holiday park but many others staying nearby seemed to be having fun, especially families with children. We enjoyed the use of the porch very much each evening after spending time in Barton on Sea with our friend. Alison was an excellent host who helped us with several matters. Her responses were timely and pleasant which helped us feel comfortable. The only less than great thing is that the house smelled strongly of cleaning products which bothered my adult daughter but we were able to keep lots of windows open to minimize this.

Thank you for your review and im pleased you enjoyed it. I deep clean the property between each visit as its a holiday home that allows pets to stay so cleanliness is paramount. Unfortunately many affordable products are sented.
