Charming traditional house in the Bohemian Paradise (Unesco) 45 min. from Prague

The house was built in 1857 and completely renovated in 2013. It is situated in a small village, 45 minutes from Prague, in the heart of the Bohemian Paradise, Unesco geo-parc of sandstone towers, excellent for hiking, cycling, climbing, bathing and sightseeing (castles, traditional villages, breweries, museums).
This eco-friendly house of 150 m² is traditional and contemporary at the same time.
You will find a large living room-kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms (1x4 pers., 2x2 pers.), 2 bathrooms (one with shower and the other one with bath), 3 toilets, garden with bbq and internet.
The fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal: range, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker. A washing machine, a dryer and an ironing board and iron.
We have a smart satellite television, a full library (books French, English and Czech) and a hi-fi. The internet connection is available throughout the house (wireless or cable).
For your children: a cot, a child seat, a small plastic tub and a bunch of toys and books.
The rooms under the roof have air-conditioning for more comfort during hot weather.
The house has its 300 m² garden with terrace (accessible directly from the living room), table and chairs, deck-chairs, barbecue and for the children a small bathing pool, cabin for "pirates" and a sandpit. Depending on the season, you can pick up some fruits in the garden.
Parking for 2 cars in front of the house.
In the hamlet of Mokry, you will still find the authentic czech countryside. Our neighbours have a small family farm (sheep, rabbits, goats...) and in the morning you might hear the rooster but in the evening you will enjoy the quiet of the village far from the cities.

Sehr gute Erholung im "Böhmischen Paradies"

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in dem wunderschönen Haus von Stanga und Ronan. Die Gastgeber (die wir persönlich nicht getroffen haben) waren sehr freundlich, Fragen und Probleme wurden prompt beantwortet und geklärt. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und hat alles, was man so braucht, es war sehr sauber und wurde mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.

Wunderschönes Tschien

Es war sehr abwechslungsreich. Wir konnten wandern, baden, gut essen und was erleben. Es gibt für Groß und Klein Abenteuer. Und es ist auch nicht teuer. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub. Wir können die Unterkunft und Umgebung sehr empfehlen.

Haus im Böhmischen Paradies mit farnzösischem Flair

Schon beim Betreten des Hauses haben wir dessen französischen Charme bemerkt; viele Bücher, eine gute Musiksammlung und einfach geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber empfingen uns sehr herzlich. Ein kleiner Willkommensgruß stand auf dem Tisch bereit. Das Haus ist offen und hell gestaltet. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Die Fußbodenheizung machte die Unterkunft angenehm warm. Die Lage ist dörflich und ruhig. Aber nach Turnov ist es nicht weit. Dorthin kann man an der Isar schön entlang spazieren. Vom Haus aus kann man auch zu Fuß ins Böhmische Paradies starten. Die Wanderwege sind sehr gut markiert. Wir würden jedenfalls immer wieder gern nach Vsen kommen.

Wunderbarer Wanderurlaub

Für eine Woche Wanderurlaub wohnten wir in diesem liebevoll restauriertem Haus, welches sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan und sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wunderschön

Das Haus war wie hier beschrieben.. Es war sauber, perfekt ausgestattet mit allem, was man so braucht und noch mehr. Ruhig gelegen, aber nicht weit entfernt von vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war durchgehend ausgezeichnet. Wir sagen Danke und empfehlen das Ferienhaus gerne weiter.

Ein wunderschönes Haus im Böhmischen Paradies

Das Haus ist wunderschon mit einem kleinen Garten, ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Es ist nicht weit bis zu den vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Wandermöglichkeiten im Böhmischen Paradies. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und die Vermieterin war ein sehr netter hilfsbereiter Kontakt.

Wunderschön, gemütlich und absolutes Urlaubsfeeling

Das Haus ist ein Traum! Auf den 3 Etagen verteilen sich 8 Personen wunderbar, jeder findet seinen Platz und Ruhe. Stil- und liebevoll renoviert und eingerichtet mit viel Holz, orientalischen Elementen und wirklich allem, was man benötigt, fühlt man sich einfach wunderbar wohl. Der Kamin spendet eine wohlige Wärme, ein Schlafzimmer eignet sich perfekt als Kinderzimmer, da sehr viel Spielzeug vorrätig ist, die Feuerschale für Stockbrot.. Wir haben mit 2 Familien eine wunderschöne Woche verbracht und waren täglich wandern, viele Felsgebiete sind in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Stania und ihr Mann sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit - absolute Empfehlung!!

prachtig huis in schitterende omgeving

Communicatie met Stania vooraf verliep correct en snel. Het huis is volledig uitgerust, ademt een hele warme en persoonlijke sfeer uit en ligt dichtbij meren, midden in het boheemse paradijs met wandel- en fietspaden voor de deur. Genoten van onze vakantieweek.

Ruhig gelegenes, wunderschönes Haus

Das Haus ist liebevoll renoviert. Es ist buchstäblich alles vorhanden, was man sich vorstellen kann. Vom Fön bis zur Mikrowelle. Im Schuppen hinter dem Haus finden sich fünf Räder, Radhelme, ein Grill, Skateboards und vieles mehr. Sozusagen das Rundum -Sorglos-Paket. Toll ist auch, dass man unglaublich viel Stauraum vorfindet. Um es kurz zu machen: wir wollten gar nicht wieder heimfahren. Vielen Dank für die völlig problemlose Abwicklung der Buchung. Der Kontakt mit Stania war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Nur zu empfehlen.

Paradiesisch im böhmischen Paradies

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus haben Stania und Ronan eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts und ist sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Das Haus bietet genügend Platz für sechs Personen - wir vier waren mehr als bedient. Strategisch gut für Wanderferien im herrlich entspannenden böhmischen Paradies, aber auch Prag ist in weniger als einer Stunde erreichbar. Tip: P+R an der Haltestelle Cerny most (110CZK/Tag in Münzen) und dann mit der Metro weiter (wieder 110 CZK/24h/Erwachsener). Einkaufen im Ort (kleiner Konsum-Laden) oder in Turnov (5 km). Dort haben die Supermärkte selbst am Sonntag bis ca. 20 Uhr offen! Material und Tips für Ausflüge in der Umgebung haben Stania und Ronan reichlich hinterlegt. Insgesamt haben wir sehr schöne Tage in Tschechien verbracht, wozu das Ferienhaus einen wichtigen Beitrag geleistet haben. Danke Stania und Ronan, viele Grüße und Ahoi!

Very spacious house in a charming surrounding

Contact with the owners before arriving and during our stay was very warm and friendly. All the information you need and lots of suggestions for activities in the beautiful neighborhood were available upon arrival. Perfect house for a family of five with two bathrooms, three bedrooms, beautiful garden, ... The ideal place to enjoy the silence before going to Prague for a day or so. Very relaxing environment. Your own paradise in the larger Bohemian Paradise ;-) We'd absolutely recommend this holiday house.

Maison parfaite dans un décor villageois

Maison très bien équipée tout à fait suivant la description et les photos. Très bien pensé comme p.ex. les moustiquaires/protection contre les mouches dans les vitres. L'environnement est super, un décor d'un village d'antan où on entend encore les enfants qui jouent et le coq qui chante; il y a plein de choses à faire et on trouve des détails dans la maison (des folders etc.). Il y a également un petit magasin à Vsen qui vend même du pain et tout ce qu'il faut pour la maison mais les grands surfaces ne manquent pas non plus. Il y a des promenades à faire dans les villes de rochers, dans les bois. Visitez des châteaux ou des musées si vous préférez. Mais n'oubliez pas le site dans le village même (Kozlov), ça vaut la peine. La rivière Jizera est tout près. Le WiFi fonctionne super bien. Si vous emmenez des vélos, l’environnement est super pour faire du cyclisme. Dans la maison on n’avait que 2 vélos pour 4 personnes. (seule petite remarque mais pas de problème 😊)

Super!

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine de vacances dans cette jolie maison de village en plein cœur du paradis de Bohème. La maison est très accueillante et très confortable! Nous y avons séjourné avec trois petits enfants qui se sont énormément plu. Super la cabane de jardin! L'endroit est idéal pour rayonner dans les environs. Une semaine ne nous a pas suffi pour faire tout ce que nous voulions dans le coin.. nous avons eu l'occasion de visiter Prague, nous promener dans les cités minérales, d'aller se baigner dans de petites rivières et à la piscine de Turnov (Mustapha pour les enfants!), visite de Jilcin aussi... bref une super semaines de vacances. Nous recommandons vivement cette location. Les propriétaires nous ont donné de bons conseils, et se sont montrés très réactifs dans les échanges. Merci! Et qui sait nous reviendrons!

Sehr schön und entspannend

Das Haus biete genügend Platz für 6 Personen, darüberhinaus war eigentlich alles da was man braucht, von Kerzen bis zu Stiften und Papier für die kleinen, einfach alles. 😊 Alles war in unmittelbarer Nähe Supermarkt, Schwimmbad, etc.

gemütliches und familienfreundliches Haus im Grüne

Wir haben eine wunderschöne, aber viel zu kurze Woche in dem Ferienhaus von Stania und Ronan verbracht. Wir haben schon viele Urlaube in Ferienhäusern verbracht, aber keines war so schön, so gemütlich und vorallem kinderfreundlich - wie dieses! Vier Erwachsene und zwei Kinder hatten genügend Platz um zu entspannen, den Garten oder den Kamin zu genießen oder die Gegend zu erkunden. Die Vermieter sind wirklich sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar und um das Wohl Ihrer Feriengäste bemüht. Das Haus mit dem vielen Holz innen hat ganz besonderen Charm. es gibt auf jeder Etage eine Toilette. Der Küche fehlt nichts, was man im Urlaub vermissen könnte....und wie bereits geschrieben ist auch für die Kinder etwas dabei. Besonder konnte man unseren kleinen Sohnemann mit dem Baumhäuschen, dem Buddelkasten und den kleinen Spielautos begeistern. Wenn es uns noch mal nach Tschechien verschlägt, dann bestimmt hier her! Sehr zu empfehlen ist ein Ausflug nach Prag - selbst im Herbst sind hier viele Touris on tour, aber es ist eine zauberhafte Stadt. Wenn man lecker Essen gehen möchte und auch kinderfreundlich sein soll, dann empfehlen wir das Plaudit Restaurant in Turnov. Einfach suuuper lecker!!! Mit Kinderwagen und Fahrad ist die Burg Vallenstein gut zu erreichen und man kann dort oben schöne Spaziergänge machen. Rund um ein wunderschöner Urlaub! Danke liebe Stania und lieber Ronan!

An excellent house for exploring the Cesky Raj

Our family (my Wife and I and our two daughters aged 5 and 9) stayed for two weeks in Mokry. The property itself it excellently equipped. We loved the welcome gift of local beer and apple juice and our youngest daughter particularly enjoyed the use of the Tree House in the garden. Throughout the property is equipped to the highest standard with comfortable beds, modern bathrooms and great WIFI reception. The property is situation in a small village just outside the larger town of Turnov. We enjoyed doing many things during our stay including: Turnov open air swimming pool Boskov dolomite caves Exploring rock cities - Hruba Skala Visiting the many castles in the area - Waldstejn and Kost in particular was good if you have kids Day trip to Prague We'd recommend Plaudit restaurant in Turnov for very nice pizza and pasta meals. One tip to maximise your stay. If you don't speak any German or Czech then learn some! Levels of spoken English outside of Prague are very low. Prima plek!

2 leuke weken gehad in dit prachtige huis. Ruim, volledig, netjes, luxe. Omgeving met vele mogelijkheden tot wandelen, fietsen, zwemmen. Ook leuk voor kinderen en tieners. Vele rotsformaties en kastelen gezien. Map met informatie in het huis is fijn! Praag goed bereikbaar. Heerlijke vakantie gehad. Enige minpunt is dat uitslapen alleen kan met oordoppen in vanwege blaffende honden en dorpsgenoten die al vroeg buiten zitten.

Marvellous holiday house in a beautiful region

We stayed here for 2 weeks with our 3 kids (13, 12 and 10 years old) and used this location as good starting point for many beautiful walks through the nature (special rocks, mountains, rivers), to go swimming (either in rivers or in a nice indoor waterpark), visit Prague, castles, .. There's plenty to discover within a driving range of 30 min to 1 hour, but also nearby. With 3 cameras we took about 7500 pictures :-P The spacious house (at a quiet (but not lonely) location) was very well equipped. Not even mentioned in the description are 2 small airco's which help a lot in getting rid of the heat from the 2 upper rooms. There was no bakery nearby, but thanks the good oven we could do the final baking of fresh bread ourselves ;-) We didn't meet the owners in person, but they were very helpful and kept a very warm contact. Also the entire house breathes a nice personal touch, with books and pictures from their own vacations. When you feel like discovering this area of the Check Republic, this house is an excellent suggestion which offers really a lot of value for money (certainly when comparing to France or Croatia) !
